Bungalow en la playa con excelente vista al mar y acceso a la playa a través de la calle. Envuelva alrededor de la cubierta, ideal para ver la puesta de sol y un gran patio con fogata para las tardes de malvaviscos o perritos calientes se suman a una visita espectacular en la playa de Heceta. El primer nivel tiene un garaje que tiene bicicletas, barbacoas a gas de mesa y juguetes de playa que puedes usar libremente. También hay una litera adicional que puede alojar a 3 personas adicionales si no les importa dormir en un ambiente más rústico. La litera de abajo es doble. Hay un calentador de espacio si es necesario. El segundo piso es el área de estar principal que tiene una cama queen en una habitación junto con una cama doble. La segunda habitación puede alojar hasta 3 personas también con una cama doble en la litera inferior y una doble en la parte superior. Este bungalow tiene mucha luz solar y excelentes vistas. 15 minutos en coche de la casa de la luz Heceta. 30 minutos en coche de Yachats, a 5 minutos en coche de Florencia. El restaurante Driftwood Shores está justo en frente del bungalow. Si está interesado en el descuento para una estancia prolongada, póngase en contacto con el propietario.

Check-in information didn’t arrive and had to call.
She did answer the phone call right away and texted us the codes. Should send all check-in information and information about where the instructions for Wi-Fi and check out are so we don’t have to hunt for it. Needs a little updating but we enjoyed our stay.

Great place a stones throw to the beach!
Wonderful time making memories by the beach. Everything we needed was supplied. The host was very helpful for a few items needed and was so helpful with quick answers. We highly recommend this place to stay while visitingthe beach. We have no complaints and wish we were able to stay longer in this charming little bungalow.

I had it booked for 5 nights but when I showed up there was a list of rules on the fridge to literally clean the whole house, I have photos and videos of it. The house was not clean at all either. The location was great but I only ended up staying the one night then found somewhere else to stay. I contacted the owner and they said it’s normal for vrbo to have all those rules but not from my experience do they tell you to vacuum the rooms and dust if needed and do the laundry when needed

Pefect Beach Bungalow!
The perfect home base for the Oregon coast, walk to the beach or sit on the couch and watch the sunset. Beds were comfy and the house was well stocked. The firepit and hammock were the perfect way to end the day. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach cottage.. it is perfect for our family of 5 with adults and our kids aged 17, 16, and 10. The close proximity to heceta beach was awesome, flew some kites and found a few geocashes on the dunes along the beach.. kids really enjoyed the air hockey table in the garage, and the nautical theme of the cottage.. Highly recommend for a family up to 6.. Thank you 😊

We had such a great time with our family here! We visited the beach, roasted s’mores in the backyard, enjoyed the toys in the garage, and had movie night while rolling laundry. Everything is well stocked and very comfortable. We loved it!

Shabby Cottage close to the beach
The house needs a good deep clean and a contractor to come do some proper repairs. Things on the stove were greasy, sand and dirt in the couch cushions, and a moldy smell in the bathroom and basement. If you want a house with a view, you will have the ocean and neighboring house windows to check out here. Lots of dusty little knickknacks and VHS tapes taking up a lot of space. The VCR in the living room eats the VHS tapes, so beware, although there are hundreds of movies you can't watch them. The beds were also very uncomfortable. If it wasn't for the sound of the ocean at night, I would give this place 1 star.

Affordable getaway with an ocean view
This listing met our expectations for the price of the nightly rate. The place is basically a large studio as the bedrooms don’t have doors. Which was perfectly fine for our girls trip, but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for privacy. We had everything we needed with an excellent view of the beach, and the sand just a short walk away.

Rustic & the smallest beach house I've ever stayed in. Clean with a good view. Queen bed sinks in middle. No light above bathroom mirror & no heat in bathroom which is concerning for cooler months. Good job on the upgrades, keep upgrading. Good option for a last second rental.

The stay worked well for our needs. The location near the beach was convenient. We found Florence to be delightful in food and crafts. The people were amazingly warm and friendly. I actually made friends walking through town. I think a brief explanation of the lock box might help those of us who have no experience with them. A notice to turn off the outside night light might help maintain Good relations with the neighbors.

Tight living space but great location
I was shocked how a 5 minute drive inland gave you a completely different atmosphere! We went mid-August & stayed 2 nights. It was cold & foggy but then closer in town was warm & sunny. We had 6 adults staying here. 3 adult males made for snug quarters. Yes it sleeps 6 but when people were moving through the house it felt snug. There was a swaying sensation as people walked across the living room floor (right above the garage). I'm pregnant and had a hard time with the swaying and would get dizzy. My son loved the toys available to play with but I had to clean several of them as they were dirty & sticky - joys of children. I am no expert on sea level but most comments saying it was dirty, I'm guessing part of that is being so close to the ocean & humidity? The decor was cute & fun too. I enjoyed looking at all the decorations

Excellent location at the beach
This house was in an excellent location at Heceta Beach in Florence, Oregon. Easy to find, check in, and everything was as the description said it would be. It was cozy and we enjoyed being able to open the door to listen to the surf. The kids liked the air hockey table downstairs and if we had more time, we would have tried out the bikes. Great place to be able to walk directly to the beach if you want to and just a short drive to play on the dunes. I highly recommend this place for a small family or group.

Excellent Location Close to the Beach
We loved our stay! The cottage is super cute and a perfect location near the beach. Overall the property is great. Do your research though. We were a total of 3 adults. My son, his fiance and me. The unit is small but so cute. There are multiple beds in each small room with no doors and with zero closet or luggage space. Luckily we had the other beds to place our things. There is one dresser in the kids room that has bunkbeds but zero closets in the home. The cookware is limited and could really be upgraded. We tried making eggs and bacon for breakfast which was difficult to do with only one frying pan and it it was no longer non stick even with all the bacon grease. Not a big deal if you dont plan to cook very much. No coffee condiments like sugars or sweeteners. Spice pantry/coffee supplies are pretty much left over items from previous guests. That is just me, though. We cook a lot. Most people on vacation eat out the entire time. This house is originally listed and sold as a one bedroom. Looks like it was converted to make 2 bedrooms to try and get as many beds in for VRBO usage. I would definitely go again and will stay here again now that I know what i need to bring with me, ie precooked meals, coffee supplies etc. This area is a little more remote and nearest major grocery store though well stocked will not have everything you need if you are cooking full meals. The view from the wrap around porch was fabulous! The firepit in the backyard also great. Dont forget a lighter and smore materials. There was note where to find the smore materials but they were no where to be found. I am sure a previous guests little by little have lost or misplaced them. Again, some minor things I wish I would have known but a great place, quiet with a great view. We loved everything about the house and the area and it was one of our best trips. Thank you
