"Villa Serenity" se encuentra en el pintoresco complejo de Aviana, que es una comunidad cerrada rodeada de palmeras y exuberante vegetación verde.

Aviana ofrece una gran piscina climatizada de entrada cero y spa. Otras comodidades incluyen un parque infantil con columpios y una estructura para escalar, un área de pícnic verde y sombreada. La casa club ofrece un gimnasio completo, centro de negocios, internet gratis y sala de juegos. Disfrute de un paseo nocturno a lo largo de los caminos que atraviesan y rodean el complejo y seguramente verá una o más de las aves exóticas que hacen del complejo de Aviana su hogar. Para los entusiastas del golf, Providence es un campo de golf Premier de 18 hoyos ubicado a una milla del complejo. "Villa Serenity" es una casa de vacaciones ejecutiva en Orlando, Florida, que está decorada en tonos cálidos y neutros y presenta:
 
 4 amplias habitaciones, 2 con baño privado y 3 baños completos.

2 espaciosas salas de estar, cómodos sofás de diseño en la sala familiar y sala de estar formal, que también es un sofá cama para dormir a otros 2 invitados.

2 comedores, un área de cafetería / bistró o puede elegir el comedor formal para reuniones familiares más grandes.

La lujosa piscina mide 26 'x 12' y está completamente protegida. La piscina se puede calentar si es necesario y tiene iluminación subacuática y también está equipada con una alarma de piscina para la seguridad de nuestros huéspedes más jóvenes.

Los lujosos muebles del patio son ideales para cenar al aire libre. Hemos agregado 2 tumbonas y 2 sillas y mesa de patio más cómodas para invitados adicionales.

Para su entretenimiento, hay una mesa de billar de 8 pies x 4 pies con iluminación de alta calidad sobre la mesa, una mesa de futbolín / fútbol profesional estándar y un divertido tablero de dardos electrónico.

Ein tolle Woche / a great week
Liebe Rachel, vielen Dank, dass wir Ihre Unterkunft mieten durften. Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben das Haus mit zwei Familien für 7 Tage bewohnt. Das Grundstück liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Den Pool haben unsere Kinder ausgiebig genutzt. Das Spielzimmer bot die Möglichkeit sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Wir konnten unsere Ausflugsziele gut erreichen (Seaworld, Disney, Outlets). Bei einem kleinen Problem hat Rachel sehr schnell geholfen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft und Rachel, als Gastgeberin, nur weiterempfehlen! Dear Rachel, thank you very much for letting us rent your accommodation. The accommodation was nicely furnished and very clean. We lived in the house with two families for 7 days. The property is located in a quiet area. Our children have used the pool extensively. The playroom offered the opportunity to pass the time. We were able to reach our destinations well (Seaworld, Disney, Outlets). Rachel helped very quickly with a small problem. We really enjoyed the stay and can only recommend the accommodation and Rachel, as a hostess!

Retirement Getaway
We enjoyed the home, the pool and the way it had a conervation area behind the house. We got to watch many different kinds of birds while floating in the pool and sitting on the patio. Only downfall of the trip was the overwhelming traffic that we encountered every time we went anywhere. Our fault. We should have known being that close to Disney Attractions.

Great family home
Neighborhood was nice and we felt safe in the gated community. Entry to the house was easy with the QR code for the gate and the code for the deadbolt pinpad. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teens. The kids made use of the pool (we paid to heat it ane glad we did as it was chilly a few days) and games room. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms and extra bedding. The kitchen is well equipped wity the essentials. The only negative would be there is no outdoor grill. There is a plug in electric grill that we used and got the job done but was a bit tricky to get the hang of. We would definitely return here again and give the property 5 stars

Beautiful property but needs more cleaning
We had a great experience, but there were a few things that could have been better. The showers in all the bathrooms were really dirty. Also the cabinets in some rooms were dusty. In the master rooms closet there were spider-webs.

Summer 2023
Planned a vacation and MIL’s 80th birthday. Was a wonderful place to stay. Lots of room for everyone. I have OCD and cleaned before I left. Only thing for cleaners to do is wash linen.. lol. But overall had an amazing time, was relaxing after just going through breast cancer and treatments. Only issue I had was the couches had food and trash under cushions and under couches was good and cigarette butts. Cleaning crew needs to be more detailed oriented. Thank you for opening up home for our stay.

Presidents Day week vacay
Please don’t publish. I loved everything but the pool heater issue. I only want this between me Rachel and Sven. You guys do an amazing job and I don’t want my issue to be published. . It could’ve been my fault, not reading or seeing about the pool heater. But I just wanted to be up front and honest about how I wasn’t aware. Thank you so much for understanding. It was a big and beautiful house with a gorgeous pool. It was wonderful having linens lots of shower towels, kitchen towels, and extra pool towels. The main thing that was not cool was the pool heater. I don’t remember anything in the synopsis of the house that said to prearrange the heater to be on so it’s free. I told Sven the weekend on call person that I had no idea that it wasn’t heated and he said that we could’ve arranged for it to be turned on without a charge. Well I don’t think that’s fair. My kid was so looking forward to having a heated pool at the house but we weren’t told to prearrange it. So of course my daughter is worth every penny but it’s the principle of it. That was the whole reason we rented this house as opposed to staying on Disney property. I think it would be much more appropriate to let the renters know about the pool not being heated and offer the prearrangement but if the renters forget to call then it’s on them. I don’t think it’s okay to not let renters know, especially ignorant new renter like ourselves then ask them to pay $190 extra for what was already expected. Sven was very nice and and answered my Sat calls right away. He said you must be new renters because usually people prearrange the heater. Yet again how would I know this since I’m a new renter or even if I was a decade long renter. It should be posted online so at least I could’ve called Rachel or Sven ahead of time. I hope that makes sense. I am sorry if that sounds rude and bold but it was a big shocker. I am very honest to a fault but I am a big believer in constructive criticism and positive kudos as well. It wouldn’t be fair of me to be mad, not tell you, then give a crappy review. Thank you for an amazing villa and for the hospitality. I hope I hear back from you.

Not what we expected
This property is much farther away than we expected. It says a 35 minute drive to the Sea World area but due to traffic it was well over an hour. The house is a very nice house, but could have been cleaned much better. There were handprints all over the glass door, no one had attempted to wipe it off. Other areas had been missed during the cleaning process as well. These were things that are normally overlooked, but due to all the fees I would expect more. The game room is SO hot. It is a garage with no air conditioning and a fan is provided to blow the hot air around. The worst part of this house is the close proximity of the neighboring house. We tried to go out and sit in our pool and have some relaxing time, but the renting neighbors were horrible. At one point they had 16 people in their pool area. These pools are made for around 4 -5 people to sit or float in. They were around 10 feet away. They listened to music ( very obscene music) as load as it would go. I told the property manager of this and she said I could call the police. ( I feel she should have taken care of this ). The next day the same thing happened, but this night they stayed up until 3:00 am talking on the porch that is right outside the master bedroom window. It sounded like they were in the room with us. We got up the next morning and left a day early because we could not take another day of it. I told the property manager we were leaving early and didn’t get a response. I have stayed in numerous VRBO properties and have never had any problems. I would not stay in this house or in this area again. I know if those neighbors hadn’t been there this could have been different, but being able to hear them in our bedroom was ridiculous at that time of night. It was no easy driving home for 12 hours after no rest.

Wonderful home away from home!
We stayed at this propery during our children's April vacation. The home was very clean, well kept, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Everything was as pictured on the site. There was an abundance of towels for everyone to use, the pool temperature was consistently pleasant and so was the interior temperature of the home. The neigborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The grounds were well kept and the bugs were pretty much non existent which was a very pleasant surprise considering the climate. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend the property to others and will definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in Florida. Eventhough the location of the property was further away from some of the central attractions we still found the property to be in a great location. The traffic was not too bad and there were plenty of local places near by to get what you needed. What was also nice was the fact that the peoperty manager was able to accommodate an earlier check in at the last minute at no extra cost. Thank you Rachel. Everything in the home was clearly labled so there was no guessing - a plus! The only thing I would recommend is a few more rolls of toilet paper and trash bags, at least one roll of paper towels and a sponge in the kitchen. We bought our own supply of these items, but it would have been nice to not have to. Despite this, we had a great time at this property.

Great for what we needed
Everything was great. We enjoyed the house it was spacious, clean, nice location. I do wish there were updated and larger TVs for the bedrooms. Also the master only had Queens. My husband and I couldn't sleep together as he is 6'4" and I'm 5'10". We hated that. Everything else was nice. Wonderful communication with owner. Overall very nice houseand stay!

Great house for a week of Orlando-area fun!
This spacious property was good to our family of 5! The house suited our needs and allowed us to relax and spread out on non-park days. My kids swam a great deal in the lovely pool overly a marsh. We loved bird watching prior to rain storms! We wished the communal pool had been open, but the home and private pool were great! Also, great and immediate communication from the porperty manager!

Relaxing Vacation Rental
Convenient Large Family Vacation rental. Close to all of the theme parks. Enjoyed coming back to the privacy of our own rental home while being at the parks all day. Unwinding in the pool in the evenings. Nice home, quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time! Location is perfect. Our children range from 6-20 and we all had a great time. I love that the pool door has an alarm. It really helps you sleep better at night knowing that any young children could not “sneak” to the pool without an adult. Our 6 year old has Autism and doesn’t do well if his routine is not followed. He didn’t have any issues. This isn’t just a vacation house- it’s a home. We would definitely visit the villa again.

This house was perfect. Very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The owner Vida was super helpful and replied to messages and questions very quickly. Would absolutely recommend and will return in the future!!

All the conveniences of home and more!
This property was perfect for our vacation. Check in was a breeze. Once we entered the home, we were amazed at the cleanliness and convenience of it.....as well as the beauty! It's very nicely decorated and very clean! Beds were all very comfortable. The pictures on the website are true to what you will see. A lot of space! We were a group of 4 people and we each had our own bedroom but I can see 8 people living here very comfortably. The extra master suite was a favorite for my 18 year old daughter. The game room was a favorite for my 16 year old son, my daughter as well as myself! We don't get to play pool very often so that was a lot of fun! I would recommend checking out the house first before you do your grocery shopping. We did not do that and ended up buying things that were conveniently already there. Possibly left by previous guests and much appreciated! Things like dryer sheets and coffee filters and hand soap and tin foil and plastic wrap and sandwich baggies. There is a brand new Publix less than a mile away. The resort itself is beautiful. The house pool looks out onto wildlife and not neighbors! The sky was breathtaking during sundown. This property was a 35 minute drive to the airport (depending on traffic of course). About same to Sea World and Disney. Not bad for us as we weren't really there for any theme parks. Even if we were, they were an easy drive. The owners are attentive to our needs. I liked that Vida checked in with us throughout our stay. I didn't check my email too much but when I did, I had messages from her and she was very quick to reply and always let us know that if we needed anything, we just have to ask. Also there was an electric grill that came in very handy for us too! There was beach towels and a cooler that we could borrow if needed. What can I say....it had everything! We made lots of memories. I hope to stay here again.
