Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent for $95 plus tax. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Our stay was so lovely. There was more than enough space for the 10 of us. The communication was always in a timely manner and the property was very clean. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Family Trip
I booked this trip for my son’s 17th birthday. The night before our trip, the property manager contacted me stating the AC was broken at the house and we would have to switch to a different house or accept a full refund. We switched to a home at Hogwarts Inn at Windsor Westside. The house was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. It was Harry Potter themed throughout the entire house, spacious theater room, fun game room, and nice private pool area. The house was very clean and accommodated my family of 12. The resort also had a nice big pool that served food and drinks. We enjoyed the amenities of the house as well as the resort. We will definitely booked this house again!

Great amenities
We had a toddler who loves all things Marvel, so this home was perfect for our stay! Great movie theater room with Avengers theme and a life size Iron Man. We enjoyed the private pool in the backyard everyday in the hot Florida weather, and the community pool with slides and fun activities for the kids. Great location close to Walmart, Universal, and Disney. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant throughout our stay with any questions. Would recommend and look forward to coming back again!

Not maintained and dirty.
Check in and location were good. Had to notify property owner that the house was dirty including floors and a cockroach in the kids bed. I was notified that it was cleaned, but they left the cockroach and the dirty sheets. They left the carpet nasty. I asked them to clean the red couch upstairs, they never did. The coach has white stains all over it. Master bedroom shower has no pressure, I asked for it to be fixed and nothing was done. The front door lock (inside) is broken, another item that wasn't fixed. One of the worst places I've stayed at.

At first Glance this is a Beautiful Property!!!!!
Upon first glance I thought this house was Beautiful. When we arrived, there were several concerns with the home. I reached out via Vrbo and was told to reach out to the property manager, as instructed, I immediately reached out to the property manager's office and left a voicemail, to date I have never spoken with anyone via phone. Throughout our stay only one of the issues was fully resolved and the property manager never reached out directly to explore all my concerns. Please note the home has several rules that must be tediously followed. We paid extra for access to the propene grill, but when we arrived the propene was empty and my husband and I had to pay an additional cost to get it filled. There was a back and forth via Vrbo on weather or not it was filled and in the end my husband just filled it because we had already prepared all our food before he realized it was empty. The refrigerator handle was broken upon our arrival and the refrigerator never got slightly over room temperature throughout our stay. We had icy in the freezer, and they never froze. The bathroom plumbing on the 2 floor was slow, the water in the upstairs back shower was slow to go down the drain. Two the chairs in the movie room didn’t function properly. Furthermore, and my most pressing issue was the sight of roaches and ants in various areas of the home, an exterminator is needed. Overall, we made the best out of the home and once exterminated it could have still been an amazing experience.

Family Fulfillment
We all enjoyed staying at Windsor Hills. The home was as described, the teens/young adults especially enjoyed the theater. Attractions were near. We liked the convenience of restaurants and stores nearby. We will definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful home! The salt water pool, the grounds& the house are all unbelievable. The privacy of the back yard is incomparable in Orlando. 100% recommended & would stay there over and over.

Wow-just wow! Loved it!
We loved everything about this property and its location. . .everything was as advertised and we spent several days enjoying the home with the pool and theater room as the STAR attractions. Home located at the back of the resort so walking to Clubhouse was a challenge. Would recommend checking weather forecast as we had the pool heated during an apparent heatwave and wasn't really necessary lol. . . grill was nice, however, did lack grilling tools but we made do and enjoyed a couple cookouts. Towels, hot water, air conditioning were all plentiful and laundry worked well. Only suggestion from us would be for the kitchen area, maybe a pair of scissors, another large bowl or two and an additional pot for cooking a big meal. Overall, the place earned a 5+ rating from our family--would rent it again!

Great for family!
The house was a great location and accommodated our family of 10 easily. I would stay here again. However, the main concern is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked for feeding a family that size. So if you stay here, bring your own mixing bowls, pots, and pans. The other issue is the lack of cleaning supplies to mop and clean up after kids and other family members. The theater room was a huge hit for the kids. They thought that was the coolest feature of the house.

By far the best Vrbo stay we ever had. Literally no complaints. Communication was great and so was the cleanliness. Disney was all of 5 minutes away. It was perfect. Five stars!!!

Great home
We loved the home. We were very frustrated with the guards at the gate and the limits put on registered drivers. Home is a 6 bedroom home and we had 8 adults (4 couples). But we’re limited to 3 drivers. We were there for our son’s wedding with 3 of our adult children and their spouses. Made it very difficult to coordinate and the gate was, nicely put, unaccommodating!

Great house in a great location for parks!
Excellent property in a great location. Tons of room for our family of 11 and the pool was a hit! Property management was excellent to respond to our requests and issues. The kitchen could of been stocked slightly better for cooking and the main pool wasn't as we expected. It was really warm and slimy feeling. This has nothing to do with the house though and in fact, the house pool was lovely. It was cleaned and maintained during our stay and the kids lived in it every night after the parks. We had wished we had more down days to spend at the house; maybe next time!

Spring Break Vacation
Beautiful home that fit 13 wonderfully. Incredibly close to Disney World and only 20 minutes from Universal Studios. The neighborhood pool and amenities were great but the convenience of our own pool with patio and tv were fantastic. The theater room was the hit of the vacation for watching March Madness and movies to wind down after busy days at the theme parks. Thank you for a great place to call home during our vacation.

We just had a wonderful stay! We stayed for a week. A great location with plenty of space for 3 families. Swim time and time to hang out in the movie room were so fun for our kids. We would stay at this house again!

Beautiful home away from home
Our family of 11 loved this house. No neighbors in the back which was a big plus. Games and theater room was a hit with the teens. Everyone loved the pool and jacuzzi. Home was nicely furnished, comfortable everything we needed to have a nice fun relaxing stay. Conveniently located minutes from shopping and theme parks. The resort amenities, pool, slides several play grounds throughout the community were only a nice short walk away. Neighborhood was safe, peaceful, in a staffed gated community. Property was everything we hoped it would be and would stay again Wish they did monthly rentals..

Wonderful home for all to enjoy
This home was perfect! Everyone enjoyed the open floor plan downstairs and the movie theater was a huge hit! Only complaint was the cleaniness of the pool due to plastic particles from the solar cover deteriation which when i requested it be vacuumed i was told the pool service was on a schedule and to my knowledge based on the pool, they never came any time during our 10 day stay. The property mngt did come try to clean some himself which was appreciated. Despite the floors needing a good mopping, it was all great and very comfortable for 8 of us!

Great location!
The start was great, that theater room was awesome!,, The one issue I had was with parking and the association giving us a hard time even when the visitors parked in guest parking. Otherwise there was no issue. Did not like that there was a limit on vehicles. Otherwise, great stay beautiful place.

Great place for families
We were 3 families coming together to enjoy a vacation week. The kids loved the pool and movie room. Adults loved the open floor plan to hang out. A dinner table that seats more people would be great, but we made the massive kitchen island with its seating work. The proximity to the parks is awesome. Everything worked well and the only thing we noted missing was a pair of scissors. Everyone had a blast. Tip for future visitors: Be careful your GPS doesn't take you to the gate you can't use - the one nearest the house. You must enter from the main gate.

This rental was 5 Star for sure. Great location to all the Disney Parks. On our day off everyone loved the neighborhood water park. We loved that every room had a TV and we really loved the Theatre room.
