Welcome to beautiful Palm Desert. This newly updated second level 2bd 3ba (3rd room w/ Murphy bed) is located inside Desert Falls Country Club. Where you will have full access to the gym, tennis & pickleball courts, pay as you play golf course, restaurant & bar. Less than 5 min from the new Acrisure Arena, multiple casinos & The Living Desert Zoo. Brand new beds, furnishings, smart tv’s in every room, fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, balcony area w/ flat griddle, egg chair, and fire pit, game room in garage with ping pong table, darts, foosball table, bball arcade, his & her bikes.
The space
This is a family friendly home with plenty of entertainment inside & out. Plenty of games for the family including, board games, large & small Jenga, Lego’s, card games, 3 smart tv’s with plenty of streaming options including Netflix, Disney plus, Prime, HBO Max. Wi-Fi cable, high chair for the lil ones, a dedicated work area, printer/fax/ scan machine can be added for longer stays. The Bedrooms | Master bedroom has a new Cal-King with ultra firm mattress, large walk in closet, large deep soaking tub, his & her vanities. Bedroom 2- King size bed with soft mattress, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3- Office, has a pull out style Murphy bed w/full size mattress. Kitchen- Fully stocked for home cooked meals. Including air fryer, blender, microwave, toaster, baking supplies, cooking oil, adult & kids dinner ware. Laundry Room- washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron & board. The pool is located only 2 min away from the property! Also, grocery store w/Starbucks & local favorite coffee house/ sandwich shop is down the street from your exit. This place is perfect for a small family, weekend w/friends, romantic getaway. $200** pet fee non refundable.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Walter’s house during the Father’s Day weekend, and his property truly exceeded our expectations. The property had everything we could possibly need and want for a fun weekend getaway. The house was tastefully decorated, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, AND in an ideal location!! This property was a great find, and I would definitely recommend it. Excellent Stay.
Highly recommend the property. We came for the Indian Wells tennis event. Everything works well and very clean. The linen is higher quality than most properties. We appreciate Walter giving us the option for earlier check in if the cleaners were done. The kids love the foos ball table and amenities in the garage. We would stay again.

Weekend Wedding in Palm Desert

Desert Oasis
Stayed here for a concert. Location is very convenient to Acrisure Arena. Lots of nearby shopping centers. Condo was in a very quiet, safe, and secluded neighborhood. We were able to enjoy a game of pickleball in the Country Club where the staff was friendly and helpful. Condo itself was very clean, cozy, and fresh smelling. There were a lot of personal touches by the owner like the well appointed coffee corner with all the necessary provisions as well as multiple games for entertainment. We enjoyed playing pingpong in the garage and the electric scooter was a lot of fun too. The owner is responsive and very, very kind and understanding. We accidentally broke one of his picture frames in the garage and he was very, very considerate of the situation. Overall, this is a very comfortable home with all the amenities needed, located in a very safe and lovely neighborhood, with a very considerate owner. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely Property in a Great Location
Very nice accommodations with easy access to a pool/hot tub. My son loved the games in the garage and the electric scooter. The property grounds are well maintained. We liked how close we were to the freeway so it was easy to go explore. We were very happy with our decision to stay in Palm Desert versus Palm Springs. Walter was easy to work with and we only wish we had a few more days to spend there!

A gem in the desert
We loved everything about this place. Nicely decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. Larger than it appears in the photos. On a quiet road. We thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball, and reminisced when playing Pac Man. Four adults found their inner child! But best of all was the responsiveness of the owner. When we needed something, he sent it immediately and checked in regularly by email to make sure everything was fine. We have rented many homes and the owner was the most responsive of all. We hope to rent this place next winter.

Great location, roomy, and clean.
We were in Palm Desert for my son‘s lacrosse tournament and wanted to stay in the place where we could share with another family, which was perfect in this place. It was my son, her son and her and I. We were not there very much, but it was nice coming back from a long day and be able to relax. Loved the place.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway in Palm Desert
Thank you for a wonderful stay! The property is gorgeous, the decor and layout are fantastic, and our family had a great time! Lovely Stay
Condo is all newly renovated and immaculate. Host is incredibly fast with his responses and very helpful. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. Everything is modern and state of the art, including the giant smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very Nice Stay
The condo exceeded everything that was advertised. The place was more spacious than it looks in the photos which is rare with the photo tricks that a lot of listings have. Everything was well labeled and clean and there were a lot of little touches around the place that made it seem like a home instead of a short term rental. Communication with the host was very easy I would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

This property was great for our family get-away! Every room was new, clean, and comfortable. The spacious living room was perfect for adults to gather and children to play. The game room and game cabinet provided so many activities for children and adults alike. We would definitely stay again!

Great Palm Desert Location Option
Perfect property for our Palm Desert conference! Great decor and amenties and fully stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. Lots of seating inside and out and we loved the dual master bedrooms that helped with personal space/privacy. Within 1 minute walking distance of nice little pool, that also had bathrooms. Cute little game space in garage that offers option to stay close to home but get out of house. Gated community for overall safety and owner made it super easy to access. Thanks again!
