Gorgeous! This beautiful and crystal clean 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath condo directly on the gulf at Summit Beach Resort is what you've been looking for, for your beach vacation! This condo has been completely remodeled recently and will be thoroughly enjoyed by all. The condo overlooks the pools on the beach and of course the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo accommodates your family of 5 and has everything you’ll need to enjoy your beach vacation! The master has a king size bed and own private vanity and access to the shower. In the hall sits the bunk beds. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is an additional vanity and toilet for guests and access to the shower.

Todo estuvo bien solo algunas pequeñas cosas ya que abia basura debajo de algunos muebles la tv del cuarto principal no funcionaba al igual que la aspiradora y lo único terrible era la actitud de la persona que estaba en en lobby fatal la actitud ala hora de hacer el registro espere más de 20 minutos ya que no había nadie y cuando por fin apareció tuvo una actitud tal horrible eso es lo más mal que nos pasó de ai en fuera todo genial

Great little getaway!
Had an amazing couple of days at PCB. Condo was clean and roomy. Would definitely recommend this place and this unit. Pools were great as was access to the beach. Friendly staff.

A 3 for cleanliness but in all fairness I did not contact my cleaner to fix any issues. Yes we were at the beach, but... There was sand everywhere. Piles of it on the balcony. The dryer had wet towels and rugs in it when we arrived. I rewashed those. The floors were sticky. Sheets had some wear and stains. The sofa bed had a large brown stain on the mattress cover. I washed that myself. I am sure the cleaner was on a time crunch because The Summit was packed so I DID NOT contact them otherwise I'm sure it would have been handled accordingly. The staff are lovely. Very friendly. Pricing on our stay was appropriate.

It was an awesome experience. Property was excellent. There was a leak under the sink. Not sure if it was from left sink or from the garbage disposal. We wiped up the water n took everything out from under the sink for it to dry.

Great condo!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was just like the pictures and everything was functioning in the room. The only problem we noticed was that some of the areas in the condo could benefit from a deep clean. I understand with high turnover and people checking in/out everyday it’s not easy to do a deep clean every time, but there were a few areas we thought needed attention. I chose to rewash the towels before using them due to them having a smell. We loved that the building has security at the entrance from the road and at the entrance from the beach. The pools were great. Both pools were clean and there are plenty of chairs around the pool as well. We did come before busy season started so I can’t fully vouch for crowds but it was perfect while we were there! We would definitely stay here again and were sad to leave when checkout day came! Kenny was a great host and quick to respond to my emails and calls!

The place was nice and in a great location, the pools and hot tubs were great and bikini bobs that on the property was a good place to get ice,food and drinks and the Tiki bar that is also onsite was nice as well!

Depends on what you’re expecting
We booked this as a family vacation for 4 of us after dropping my middle child off for space camp. The beds were comfortable, my teen and 8 year old loved the bunk beds. The AC unit inside the condo made a loud clanking noise the entire time (during the day it was not bothersome, at night it was very bothersome). It would have been nice to have been able to turn the AC down to 68 but we didn’t due to instructions from owner but that temperature was too warm for me to sleep comfortably. The towels and wash clothes were thread barren and had lots of bleach stains. The toilet/bathroom had a horrible smell that I could not identify but it was not pleasant. When we checked in (late at night) we immediately noticed hairballs in the shower, nail clippings on the deck, and food on wet dishes in the cabinet. I contacted the property manager first thing in the morning and the cleaner was there within 30 minutes to rectify the issues. Access to the beach, two pools and hot tubs was easy after you navigate very old and not very quick elevators. The on-site staff was rude and extremely inconsistent in their enforcement of clearly posted rules. The Summit seemed to be great for families desiring drinking lots on the cheap and letting kids play at the pool/on the beach. I was expecting people to be friendlier and less reckless/careless with the property and the rules. The bottom line - make sure you align your expectations with what you’re getting.

Elevators and Front Desk
Elevators were broken all weekend. Had to take the stairs. Stayed broken multiple days to the point people would get stuck in them multiple times. The lady working front desk while there was rude to me and multiple guests. Acted like she was doing you a favor checking you in. Also was slow, wouldn’t hardly get up and talked down to you. Made it clear the elevators was maintenance problem and not hers. She had zero social skills. Not sure how she even got that job. The room was fine for the money but needs ceiling fans for sure. Will not stay again due to staff and elevators.

Beautiful view!
The view from this property was amazing and definitely what we came for. The condo even though upgraded was just ok. The building itself is pretty old, but they are in the middle of installing new windows and doors which will make a difference. Sofa and loveseat were really dirty and uncomfortable. Overall had a good week and weather was awesome!

Condo was exactly as advertised with stunning views of the gulf. The complex is very convenient and close to plenty of places to eat and shop. We loved being right on the beach and having access to two pools. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Kenny was responsive and friendly and willing to help. We definitely recommend staying here.

Girls Spring Break
This condo was exactly as described. Communication with Kenny was great. He responded quickly to all my questions. The unit was clean and well maintained. The view was beautiful! The pools and the beach were amazing! Only issue was one of the elevators was broken, not through the fault of the owner. The elevator at the end of the complex was fine. Thanks again for a wonderful week! I stayed with my 20 year old daughter and her 2 friends.

Upon Arrival, the check in process was not a friendly one. Pour communicating is where pleasantness begins. The gals at the office seemed put out that we had arrived rather than happy to see us. The wrist tag fees were not terrible,($20 per couple).The centre elevators were not operational, as noted by the cardboard , chicken scratched note written on the doors. The cleaner for the room did a very poor job however, our host Kenny did rectify the situation. Aside from the issues all week long, the views are fantastic. Upon leaving the resort, the secondary elevators were also not working and renovation crews had debris and materials stacked in the walkways..a major fire hazard to be sure. If the staff had been friendly and the planning of work done more professionally maybe I'd give a higher review, but to be completely honest, the resort should shut down for a specific week or time frame and have repairs done only during those times.
