Come experience our 5,000 sq/ft premier retreat! Located in the mountains of Summit Park. A perfect retreat for both big and small groups. The ideal place to play & relax! It’s packed with entertainment - a new hot tub, indoor climbing wall, ping pong table, dart board and foosball! Watch your favorite show on one of our 6 smart TV's with complimentary cable channels and Netflix. We know you’ll enjoy the refreshing trees and crisp mountain air. It's truly our pleasure to host you!

This cabin is a 3 level masterpiece. Featuring a brand new hot tub, 5 bedrooms + 1 huge bonus room, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 fireplaces and more! We have everything you need to feel right at home. Everyone receives a welcome basket of treats.

Entering on the main level you'll find a large kitchen, great living room and fireplace, laundry room, mudroom, bedroom and bathroom. From the kitchen you access a spacious patio with BBQ. The main floor bedrooms has 2 queen size beds.
The top floor includes the master bedroom/bathroom suite and fireplace with a king size bed. An additional bedroom/bathroom is adjacent to the Master with a king size bed. A second master suite of sorts. Through the master bedroom you'll find the huge bonus room that offers a climbing/bouldering wall, ping pong table, and plenty of room to sleep. A roll away bed, air mattress and pad are available for extra sleeping room.
Downstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms with bunkbeds and a shared bathroom. Unwind and watch your favorite show on our massive 85" TV in the downstairs family room, play foosball, sit by the fire, or sneak in a workout. We have an array of board games for the group. You can't beat the gorgeous view looking over Summit Park as you relax in our brand new hot tub!
In addition, our cabin includes full access to the 3 car garage with plenty of room for storage and gear. Sleds are available for use. Vehicles must be parked in the garage or on the driveway (6 cars max). The streets aren't wide enough for on street parking.

We are located only 20 minutes from Park City Ski Resort, 30 minutes to SLC airport and downtown SLC, and minutes from numerous restaurants and supermarkets!

Summer Outdoor Activities: ATV's, horseback riding, paddle boarding, mountain biking, hiking, golf, alpine slide, and even hot air balloons!

Winter Outdoor Activities: skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, snow tubing, and snowmobiling. Come experience the "greatest snow on earth"

Family gathering
The home was beautiful, loved the hot tub, the bonus room was great for teenagers, but such a bummer they have to go through the master to get to it. A second entry to the bonus room would make this home perfect.

Great place for the whole family
Our whole family came to the Premier Mountain Retreat and had an incredible time. The kids all had their own space to retreat to and they had a blast playing ping pong and foosball. The adults enjoyed apres-ski hot tub and cocktails. 40 minutes to Snowbird and 25 minutes to Park City made this a great place to stay to experience world class skiing at Utah resorts. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were really accommodating. We all enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay
The communication from the hosts was exceptional, and the home fit our family needs for a ski trip. Plenty of space for all the adults. Neighborhood roads were plowed nicely after it snowed, and 4-Wheel Drive was recommended for the neighborhood at the time of our stay. Easily fit two vehicles in the garage with lots of extra space. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Overall an excellent experience.

It was great the house was great and a awesome central location. The owners were very nice and prompt with communication which was excellent. Gift basket was a really nice touch very welcoming. I would definitely stay again. The control panel in the jacuzzi tub in the master bath didn’t work but that didn’t lower my ratings still a wonderful stay the hot tub outside was very nice!!

PERFECT TEAM RETREAT
We had employees fly in for training and team building and this locations was a great way to get to know one another. They had their own space but were able to relax and unwind after a long day of work. They loved the scenery, the hot tub and the overall experience for them was amazing. When we sent out our feedback survey, the house was on of the best things about the training. Thank you!

Utah with the kids and grand kids
This house was perfect for our family get together! Our 3 kids and their spouses had plenty of room; and the grand kids enjoyed the many features of the house - ping pong, the climbing wall, large TVs, even the foosball table. The large family room gave us a space for evening movies and conversation; and the hot tub provided welcomed relief after some long hikes. The lower level room w foosball, darts and a kitchen/bar allowed our adult kids a great place to hang out when we put the grand kids down for the night. However, the place we spent most of our time was on the large deck surrounded by the tall pine and aspen trees! The cool summer evenings allowed us to relax, grill and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen had all the tools and utensil our son, who is a chef, needed. The outdoor grill was top notch. The houses location between Salt Lake City and Park City gave us access to the attractions of both areas. Communication with the manager was outstanding; they even reached out to us several times during our stay to see how things were going! Easy check in out We highly recommend this house as we enjoyed one of our best family vacations ever!

A True Mountain Retreat
We had a group of 14 work colleagues (male and female) come together for a long-awaited retreat where we met, cooked and ate great food, laughed and hiked. The house was very comfortable and a perfect size and layout for our purposes. Hosts were wonderful to work with and very accommodating and responsive. The nearby trailhead made our desire for a outdoor team building quite easy. Hiking was amazing. This the third or fourth such retreat and the team voted it best by far. We will likely return.

We have rented a lot of homes on VRBO. This by far was the nicest home, the hosts were the very BEST! Top notch experience from booking to check out.
This was a great renting experience. We were a group of 12 adults and there was more than enough space for us, and then some. The amenities were as described and we enjoyed the game options (darts, ping pong, foosball) and the hot tub was an excellent way to wind down after a day on the mountain. Marie and Jeremy were communicative and exceptionally accommodating hosts. I would definitely rent from them again. A+

Amazing stay for bachelorette trip!
Book this listing!!! The house is stunning, cozy, and had more than enough room for our group of 16. Marie & JC were incredibly helpful & communicative throughout the entire booking and entire stay. They even went above & beyond when one of our deliveries was cancelled, Marie stepped in to connect us to another company. They checked in often and were always warm and welcoming. A great experience and well worth the 5 stars!!!

Relaxing
Our daughter had surgery at the LDS hospital. We rented the house in hopes of a quiet sanctuary for her to be pre and post-op. It was so nice and quiet for her to come home to after her surgery. The hosts were amazing and the property beautiful. The kids loved the sparkling apple cider left for them. Thank you for a quiet stay during this stressful few days for our family. So thankful we found this place and the amazing owners.

Great Place to stay and close to Park City.
The layout of the house was perfect. There are three levels so each family felt like they had their own space. There is a large bonus room that was perfect for our family talent show. You definitely feel like you are in the mountains. I had to stop the car so a moose could cross the street.

We came from Nebraska to spend a long weekend with my brother's family in the mountains. This location was super convenient to Salt Lake City AND Park City, and the house was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group of 12.
