"I frequently stay at this hotel because the price matches the quality. Good service and always efficient. The property is older than the other 5 star hotels but it’s maintained well and I always sleep comfortably. Alice Li was especially accommodating in the breakfast buffet. "We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better. "

"This property peaked many years ago. The wallpaper is peeling off all over the room. It lacks enough electrical outlets for modern usage. I stayed for two nights.
