Quality for the price
My husband and I along with our friend stayed for a one night while passing through RI. We found the place to be very clean. The beds were comfortable allowing us a good night's rest before continuing our visit to my sister and drive home. The host was very responsive answering me within a few minutes. A good place to stay for an overnight.

Property description is deceptive
This apartment has several good qualities. It is close to many of the things to do in Providence, it is very reasonably priced and offered us much more room than we could have gotten in a hotel room. It is also remarkably quiet given the proximity to the highway. However, “comfortable and well-appointed” is a stretch. It had very basic kitchen accommodations, not even enough coffee cups for the 3 of us. Which ended up being fine since the coffee maker was broken anyway. The washer and dryer is a coin operated set in the basement of the house that all residents share. This wasn’t a deal-breaker, just would have been nice to know up front, as I don’t generally travel with a roll of quarters. There is a change machine, but it only takes $1 bills. The biggest issue was that it was not very clean. Old food was left in the oven from a previous stay, the shower was visibly dirty, and most walls/baseboards/windowsills/blinds had not been cleaned in some time. The owner was very responsive, he did bring us cleaning supplies when we asked, and eventually did offer to have the whole apartment cleaned, which we would have taken him up on had we not already cleaned and were leaving the next day anyway. If it is clean, this apartment would be an excellent find for the money.

Comfortable and convenient
Staying at this property was very comfortable, and it was very convenient to get on the highway. All the amenities were exactly what was shown in the ad. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again. The property was also very clean and there were plenty of supplies.

Clean and comfortable
Plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway. Check-in a breeze. Comfortable couches in the living room area. TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room. AC kept the place nice and cool. Beds are among the most comfortable I have experienced in a short-term rental and bedding was high quality. Everything clean and well-kept. Excellent communication from host. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

It was clean and just what we needed. I understand it was recently renovated so I was a bit surprised some of the door and trim painting was streaked and dry paint drippings on floor. A few other things I emailed to the contact. Still a good experience.

Served the purpose for our stay on the MA/RI line area. The owner was receptive to any questions and requests and very responsive to our needs. The property is an old 3 story tenement house with 4 apartments located in a congested and less than desirable location of Pawtucket.

It doesn't give a warm welcome Use Individual or small unopened packages of sugar,, coffee... so the guests will feel more confident to use them Fix the fridge or change it. The property was good for an overnight, but I have trouble imagining that it would be comfortable for several days. We appreciated that the property was clean, and it was evident the owners had recently renovated the apartment. When we asked the owner to fix the hot water - there was none - they responded quickly and resolved the issue. However, there's no living room. The living room was converted into a third bedroom, so you walk off the street and right into a bedroom. Therefore, the only common areas for getting together are in the kitchen, which might be an issue if you stayed for several days. The kitchen has very little cooking equipment, and there are only enough dishes for two people. Also, some of the renovations require more work; part of the shower glass wasn't properly installed, so there was a sizeable gap at the bottom.

House was dirty. No hand towels in bathroom or kitchen. No wash cloths. No sharp knives. Freezer was full of whole nasty fish and meat, looked like it had been there for a long time. TVs did not work first day. One ac did not work first day. Bedding was stained. Laundry room in premises was out of order. House is right by I 95. Plates and other dishes were chipped. Was very disappointed and would not recommend. For the price it was sub par.
