"Fantastic hotel, quiet, had a room overlooking the loch. Lovely walks in the area. Hosts were amazing, Irene and Scott plus others. Food was brilliant. We met some lovely people and made new friends. It was quite perfect for our first break away at Christmastime. Hope to be back in 2025. A big thank you to all. Ian and Caroline"

"Me hospedé con mi esposa una noche. Hotel viejo pero aceptable. El personal muy amable, principalmente la recepcionista. Tenian música en vivo lo cual fue agradable. El desayuno con pocas opciones, no muy bueno la verdad pero pasa. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fine for what we needed. We had dogs with us. We had dinner in the bar, it was ok. But we decided not to stay for breakfast. Great for getting the ferry. The hotel is old and needs a lot of money to spend on it but the owners are trying. We would stay again as it’s affordable and very friendly. "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "Very easy instructions to get in using the key safe box in the porch. A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. Quiet area within walking distance of the train station 10 mins max and a lovely marina across...

"Out in the country, a few miles from Inverary. Staff were excellent! Wanted to please!!! Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Did need more hot items. Internet was not very good. Location probably was the issue. Stairs could be challenging for some patrons. TV was fine. Plenty of parking!"
