"My son was visiting from UK and wanted a nice quiet place to stay. We were concerned when we realised that it was opposite the railway line-but once in the house you hear nothing. Kitchen is well equipped and all was in working order. It would have been great to have some board or card games available. it is just a perfect place not to do anything and laze around on the deck. "Our host, Martyn was an absolute gem with our booking. We were coming from QLD for a funeral and wanted somewhere to stay that allowed our two small dogs and helped us relax from our travel and grief. "Hosts were beautiful people, very welcoming and accomodating. Location is spectacular, with premium suites, set up perfectly. Chef on site with the highest quality of food and drinks for every meal. "We stayed in the house for 5 days and found the location to be fantastic. The size of the house and rooms were great and accomodating to our family of 6. The cleanliness of the house could be a lot better for the price that you pay as we found it was quite dirty when we got it. The lawns and exterior of the house also need a lot of attention and are very over grown. "We came to stay here to get away from home for the holidays but where we could still work when necessary. It was a very relaxing time away with a lovely outlook and peaceful location. Walking distance to a fishing spot and the dog loved swimming in the river. Kitchen is well appointed, and the balcony is a great space for a workout, making lego or doing emails. A great spot for a family getaway!"
