"We really enjoyed the privacy and location of this property. It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable (I'm over 6 ft). The outside porch was awesome. This building is part of a larger lot with another house on it. The property is very secure. There is a partial view of Usery and Superstition mountains. We will stay here again for sure.WWeand"

"The first thing I noticed when I entered the property gates was the intoxicating scent of blooming orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. My unit was well equipped, clean and very cute. We had iced tea on the patio by the pool, and did a BBQ on the poolside grill, with little Nipster begging for scraps. The price was right, and I'd recommend the VRBO."

"This property was everything I hoped it would be for my Arizona adventures. Communication with the host was so warm and informative. When I arrived, I could immediately enter the property through the self check-in process. I was delighted with the tasteful decor and the clean and cozy feel. "We spent a week in March mountain biking from Terri’s place and plan to do it again. We could ride our bikes from the patio to the trail head of both Brown’s Ranch and McDowell Mountain parks, no need to load bikes or drive. For stores and restaurants, there is a 20 minute drive but the clean, comfy guest house, and recreation convenience is well worth it! Thanks Terri, we’ll be back!"

"Property is as listed, the backyard made it really hard to leave the place Super nice area, we fell in love with the little town of Cave Creek. Bed is very comfortable, room was clean and Lorne was always available if we needed anything, which we didn’t, but he is a nice guy. He does live on property, but we knew that from previous reviews. Didn’t bother us at all. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"If you’re in town for a long weekend and you’ll be spending most of your time out and about, this cottage is perfect. Small but very functional and clean. Bed was comfortable and there’s good water pressure. Fairly centrally located. Easy drive to the airport. 5-stars!"

"This owner thought of everything. One of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in as a family. Conveniently located to everything in the Phoenix area. 15-20 min to Sky Harbour car rental/airport. Kids had fun on the artificial turf. Feels like a secure area. Close to stores, restaurants. If we travel again to this area, we will stay here again."
