Each room is equipped with Smart TVs with cable access. The home is internet/Wi-Fi ready and offers 24-hour check-in with a Smart Lock (no keys needed). This home features a commercial-grade water heater for endless hot water—perfect for larger groups.
The property is situated on a corner lot next to a park. From the front of the home, you can even see State Farm Stadium. Located near the Westgate Entertainment District, this is the ultimate spot for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Westgate Entertainment District is a 223-acre mixed-use development with 8 million square feet of retail, dining, entertainment, high-end condos, parks, and office space. he district also hosts major events at State Farm Stadium, making this neighborhood a vibrant, dynamic location. It's anchored by Gila River Arena (home to the Arizona Coyotes) and State Farm Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals, Fiesta Bowl, Super Bowl XLII and Super Bowl XLIX). We’ve prioritized a 5-star guest experience, particularly in the bedrooms, where we’ve chosen hotel-quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows. As a bit of a perfectionist, I researched the best-reviewed mattresses and bedding to ensure a comfortable night’s rest. I also hired an interior decorator to give the home a stylish, modern touch.
The kitchen features top-tier appliances including a 5-burner gas stove, Quartz backsplash, and built-in KitchenAid appliances. The Quartz countertops elevate the space, creating a perfect environment for cooking and entertaining.
The backyard is truly the highlight of the home, offering an array of amenities for everyone to enjoy. The 8-seater table/fireplace set, 12-person picnic table, low-voltage lighting, hot tub, Pebble-Tec pool, and ping pong table will ensure everyone has a memorable time. We’ve also added fun touches like board games (poker, chess, Cards Against Humanity) and a PS3 for the kids. Plus, for outdoor lovers, there’s a bar & TV for seamless outdoor lounging.
The home is designed with thoughtful details, such as lamps with power outlets and USB charging ports above the nightstands for easy access to charge your devices. Additionally, the home is equipped with a bidet (a game-changer if you’ve never used one before!). As you enter, the LED lights automatically turn on, setting the tone for your stay. The pool can be heated year around at any temperature which is a huge plus when a pool uses a propane/ gas pool heater. This home uses a gas pool heater. Many families are disappointed when electric pool heaters called heat pumps can’t keep the pool warm from Nov-Feb, so be sure to ask your host what kind of pool heater is at the home if having a warm pool is important to your family year around.
Many adults also book the homes as many adults want their own bed. Some of the groups we cater to like to bring in a private chief and do hibachi (which we allow with permission from owner). With the backyard having a resort feel, it makes hosting small gatherings extraordinary.

Optional Additional Service Fees:
Early Check-in/Late Check-Out: $400(plus tax) per request
(subject to staff availability, the home must be cleaned for check-in by 4:00 PM for the next guest)
1 BBQ Propane Tank is provided per stay. Additional tanks are available for purchase at $50 per tank. Additional tanks can be used to operate the gas fire pit table.
Pets: $200 per stay (Max of 2 Dogs only with approval before booking)
Heated Pool Service available for an additional fee:
- $225 first day
- $150 each additional day
Scheduling and payment for heating service is best completed at the time of your initial booking, however this can be added up to 2 days before check-in. The pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes a full 24hrs to warm. This fee is non-refundable, pleases evaluate the weather during your stay and decide if you want the pool heated. We do not offer the option to heat the pool partially during your stay.
Please note: On homes we manage with a built-in spa, the pool must be heated to use the spa. We do not offer the option to heat the only built in spa without heating the pool. The pool heater must be on for the hot tub to be heated.
*If the home has an above-ground hot tub, there is no additional cost to heat the hot tub.
Access to the garage, outdoor shed, and one closet used for supplies is restricted. Please note that Bedroom 7 does not have a window but does have a closet.
A maximum of 4 cars are allowed.
For sanitation reasons, we do not provide pool floats due to sun exposure.
We also do not supply lounge cushions; we recommend using a white towel on sun loungers, similar to a hotel setup. Please use white towels for all needs.
Extra umbrellas are available in the storage shed or behind the white fence—let us know if you'd like additional umbrellas.
Due to Arizona's extreme weather, it’s challenging to keep outdoor furniture and cushions completely spotless.
Please note that the BBQ grill is not cleaned by our staff. Please clean after your use.
Additionally, members of our team, including landscaping and pool maintenance crews, may visit the property during your stay. These visits are essential for maintaining the home and cannot be rescheduled or delayed.

Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage. We do not allow guests or visitors. The price is calculated based on the amount of guests inputted when you completed the reservation. Prices are more expensive for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups. This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability.
