Beautiful home WALKING distance to restaurants/grocery/total wine/starbucks. Close to the best golf, dining, nightlife, and shopping! KID FRIENDLY! Just a few minutes drive to Kierland and Old Town Scottsdale. This home is smack in the middle of it all!

Relax in the upgraded backyard with a huge tiki hut. Sports Court with pickleball/ volleyball/badminton. Huge putting green and chipping area, heated swimming pool, clean spa, and plenty of outdoor games for guests of all ages! Enjoy fruit from six different citrus trees. Large outdoor living space includes a huge grass area with toys for kids of all ages! The arcade room has a ping pong table, two stand-up arcade consoles with 500+ classic arcade games, pop-a-shot basketball, air hockey, a ping pong table, a big screen TV, and two sets of bunk beds.

This Scottsdale vacation home features 6 bedrooms, 3,300 square feet total with three full bathrooms, and easily accommodates up to 16 guests. The home's open floor plan includes a game room with a pool table, kitchen/dining areas, and living room. Complimentary high-speed internet throughout the property.

Living Room: Comfortable contemporary furnishings around a flat-screen Smart TV for your enjoyment. The space was redesigned to include more space and additional natural light to the backyard.

Game Room: Professional pool table board games, and a big screen Smart TV.

Kitchen: New kitchen with high-end appliances. You'll enjoy cooking with a great view of the backyard! Dining seating for 12. There is also additional seating at the Kitchen island for 4 people.

Master Suite – King bed, luxury pillows and linens, and Smart TV. The private bathroom has dual sinks, custom shower — a truly tranquil space. Master suite includes a workspace and printer.

*Pool Heat : Optional- $150 + tax daily. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard, Pool service is every Tuesday and Friday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
*Pets welcome $200 per pet non refundable - Pre-authorization is required, must disclose to host if traveling with a dog
*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
* A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
*There is a required $150 per day fee. This includes pool heat in the winters, and helps with electricity in our hot summers!

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you
* Landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days.

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

Not great.
The contact phone number doesn't work, but they do respond to email. Pickleball paddles with dry rot only made it a few hits. Two were replaced, but not before another one broke. You can't keep these things outside in a woven box, as they are currently being stored. Both of the arcade games are broken. One with an out-of-order sign, not disclosed in the listing. The other, only turns one way for Pac Man. When we told them about the games, they wanted us to make sure they were plugged in. Slide only works a few times a day. Random, you can’t control it. Chemicals in hot tub were so off, we had to skim the foam. Also, had to take the KT Tape from the previous people out. It was eventually cleaned and restored, but the pool guy only comes on Tuesday. Only one rack in the oven, took us hours to make pizzas for our group. Each morning at 7:30, the dishwasher turns on and floods. Had a gentleman out to repair the dishwasher, and he had been there before. He asked for a plumber. We were told someone would be out between 3-4, another dishwasher vendor, no one ever came. Pillows were filthy. Shower curtain is covered in rust. There are no dishes/ziplocks for storing leftovers. There is no spray to wipe counters or clean the floor after the dishwasher floods. There is one badminton racket. No shuttle cocks. There is one tennis racket. Way too expensive to be misrepresented with all the fun and games that don't work and issues listed here. We loved the pool.

Pickleball Paradise
Great location/property, only feedback I received from anyone who stayed there was the chlorine level seemed a bit high in the pool/hot tub. The people who used both all had the same feedback. I also couldn't find the garbage bags but that is not really a complaint! Great time and if the timing works we will try and rent the same place next year.

Great place for all ages
Had a bachelor party here where an epic pickleball tourney was the highlight. Pictures don't do the inside justice, it was nicer than expected. No issues with the neighbors, but we were respectful of the noise levels. Pros: Inside is nicer than expected, close to a Costco and other big box stores for cheaper bulk booze purchases. The pool and slide were fun even for adults The hot tub was clean chipping wedges, paddles etc were all provided TVs everywhere to watch big games Items were left on departure and the team mailed them back to us! Cons: The place initially REAKED of moldy towels. This could be a one-off, but it hurt the initial wow factor of the place. Hidden fees! (you will see other reviews with this too) for heating the pool it was $813 EXTRA in January for 3 nights. I knew there was an increased charge but the charge was BOTH the mandatory heating + the optional heating!

Fun for whole family!
This house was in such a great location and had so many fun activities, which was great for our group since we had a few young kids who needed naps it allowed the adults to still have fun while they napped! Great size house for 3 families with a bunk room for the kids. We loved having a heated pool and the kids loved the slide! Overall great experience and quick reply from the management company.

We loved all the space the kids loved the pool, hot tub and pickle ball. It was nice to be able to go out to the arcade room or watch TV in other rooms in the evenings. We were sad that it rained and kept us inside.

Great house for friends trip
We really enjoyed this property for our larger friend group of 12 people. We really enjoyed the amenities of the pool, putting green, and pickleball court. Their were minor functional issues around the house with the water slide being out of use, door handle not working correctly, and loose hardware around the house, but these were minor issues. The A/C worked great during our visit which we were very thankful for. Could use a few more kitchen/cooking basics like spices, cookings oils, Saran Wrap/tinfoil. Overall, great stay and worked great for what we were looking for!

Renters Beware!!!
There are several inconsistencies in this listing and what you will actually be charged for. The posting lists $150/day for OPTIONAL pool heat, however when requested that pool heat not be utilized since temps were greater than 100 degrees, I was charged $100/day on my bill which states REQUIRED pool heat. When asked about this charge, I was told pool heat is converted into an A/C charge during the summer months which is not mentioned anywhere is the posting or breakdown of the fees nor is $100/day a reasonable charge for DAILY air conditioning. This company refused to refund my family for a charge that we never agreed to pay. This lack of transparency is unethical and beyond dissapointing. I only hope that VRBO will do something to rectify this

Beautiful Property with Pool & Lots of Activities
We stayed at this property for 6 nights with a group of 9 people and we had plenty of space. Only had to use 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Lots of kitchen space, spent most of the days using the pool and kids enjoyed all the fun games. The kitchen had the basics for cooking ware and was able to get by with the meals we cooked and BBQ’d. Would have been nice to have a little more garbage bags, paper products, etc. but there was a convenient grocery store nearby. We did have an issue with the dishwasher filling up with water. I did reach out to management and received a quick response. We decided to deal with the problem ourselves by using a towel and having to run the dishwasher daily so the water would drain. Not a huge problem but this will eventually need to be fixed. The game room was lots of fun and the adults enjoyed as well. We really had a great stay and the property exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property. Plenty of room for 4 families to sleep, swim, play and relax. Big kitchen to cook and eat in. The first house was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space.

Unresponsive horrible experience
The air conditioner was not working on check in with outside temperatures at 100+ degrees. Responses were very uninformative and the situation was not resolved for a full 24 hours. This ruined our plans for the next day as well due to the awful heat we endured all night. This company does not value people and only look to their bottom line. I would not recommend staying at this property. Very sad.

This was a great trip the only frustrating thing is that the hot tub wasn’t working properly and also the dishwasher was broken as if the drain was clogged because when we arrived it had standing water in the bottom and would not start. Other than that the trip was great!

Great Trip
We love to travel and I love to spend time researching/planning our trips. I reviewed tons of options before selecting this home for our trip (2 families; 4 adults, 8 kids, ages 17 to 11). We booked the home a year before our stay. In the fall of 2022 I read some of the recent reviews and became concerned about our choice. After researching other potential options and speaking with our friends, we decided to stick with our booking. We are so glad we did. Communication with the property manager was easy, as was check-in and check-out. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the easy access to stores, restaurants, hiking, etc. One reviewer mentioned road noise from Shea Blvd. We slept with the windows open and, if there was road noise, we didn't notice. The four youngest kids slept in the casita and had a great time. While there is no bathroom in the casita, it wasn't a problem for us. The casita was awesome - both kids and adults enjoyed all the games. Some of the furniture in the casita is old/cracked, but didn't bother us at all. I probably wouldn't have noticed if not for another review. We played tons of pickleball and spent a ton of time in the pool. I wish the home had more bathrooms, but we knew going in that there were only 3 and we easily made it work. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out, even with 12 people. Overall, we had a phenomenal time and would absolutely stay here again. To me, that is worth five stars.

Good, not great.
We chose this property for a spring training vacation. We had two families, four adults and two kids, and thought this would work well with the kids since there is so much to do in the yard. The pool, hot tub and casita were as advertised and the kids enjoyed playing pickle ball and all the casita games. The casita, however does not have a bathroom, so don’t plan on sleeping in there even with 4 bunk beds. Inside was really where the problems were. The rooms are fine, but three of the four rooms in the main hall share a bathroom. Not ideal, especially since there is a king bedroom (assumed for a couple) sharing with whom ever is in the hall. There is also little to no insulation. Every door open and close, toilet flush, discussion being had inside or out, is clearly audible. The street the house is on is fairly quiet, but Shea Boulevard is directly behind and it is very busy. I suggest earplugs. Also, for a luxury rental, there were almost no amenities. Yes, there were towels and toilet paper, but only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided, but that’s where the perks really ended. No coffee filters, no salt and pepper, only 4 dishwasher pods (for a 7 day stay). I’ve never been to a rental that doesn’t have at the very least coffee filters. We tried to follow the rules for trash and recycling, but the days on the directions are incorrect. Not much we could do about that. For the price, we could have done better.

Activities every minute!
There was so much for grandkids, ages 2, 5, 7, and 10 to do! They swam every day because the pool really was heated. We all played pop-a-shot, air hockey, pool, and pickle ball. Kitchen was fine and beds were comfortable. Many thanks!
