Hermosa casa de tres habitaciones, 2 baños y sala de estar ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida con fácil y rápido acceso a tiendas, autopistas interestatales y los muchos lugares de entretenimiento que Phoenix tiene para ofrecer. En un lote de esquina y de espaldas al espacio verde, esta casa de 1800 pies cuadrados puede dormir cómodamente con un dormitorio principal King con TV LCD de 36 pulgadas, otros dos dormitorios con cama queen y dos camas individuales, además de un estudio con una cómoda cama Murphy Queen. . Gran cocina abierta totalmente equipada con todo el hardware para preparar comidas aptas para un rey. La gran sala de estar abierta con cómodos muebles de cuero lo espera para relajarse y disfrutar de sus programas favoritos en el televisor de alta definición con pantalla plana de 46 ". Amazing
I stayed here for 6 weeks and absolutely loved it! I booked the house for myself (senior) and my son's family who were RVing nearby so the grandkids could come over and I could cook meals for everyone. The owners are wonderful to deal with--very responsive. The kitchen is THE BEST STOCKED kitchen I have ever stayed at. They have large pans, large pots, roasters, air fryer--everything you would need. They even had a Christmas tree we could put up! We didn't use the pool as much as I thought we would because the weather wasn't warm enough but we did use it a few times. There are no handrails to aid in getting in and out of the pool. The backyard is lovely with plenty of chairs and table to enjoy the outdoors. The oranges weren't quite ready on the orange tree but they were beautiful to look at and smell. It truly was a delight to stay here. It was close to numerous stores and restaurants and easy access to most anywhere. I hope to stay here again!! It was easy check-in and out.

Great property. The heated pool was fantastic! Nice house with everything we needed. Great location close to 101 Loop. The gas grill was nice to have to stay in and enjoy the pool. I rented this home with a group of friends while in town for an event- plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. It was clean and well supplied. The backyard was a great place to sit and unwind at the end of the day. Communication with the owner was excellent and the check-in was efficient and easy to maneuver.

Great Family Home
This is the perfect Family getaway home. Lots of space in quiet area, with HEATED pool. Kids loved to be in the back yard, while Mom suntanned, and Dad relaxed with a beer & the BBQ. Close to hiking trails & shopping. We didn't need much more. Thank you Dale & Family for having us!

Nice house, very accommodating!
Beautiful house had everything you need. After being let down by another property owner & put up in a hotel for 2 nights, Dale's house was available for us to book last minute. He asked the cleaning crew to clean his house asap & they came through. The pool was a bonus. The master bed were very comfortable, no back aches (I forgot to look at the brand, that's how much we liked it). The dens Murphy bed was a bonus as well! We will definitely rent this property again next time we are out in Arizona. Thank you again!!

Lovely Warmup Getaway
Spent 4 nights at the beginning of April and had a lovely time. The house was as represented, with all the amenities we needed. The pool was lovely. The diving board was broken but that was not a concern for us but the owner was in the process of trying to get it fixed. Only real drawback for us was there really was no room to park our mid-size SUV in the garage. Maybe if you have a small car it would be better. The house has seen some wear (like all rentals it seems), but it is clean, functional, quiet neighborhood, and has a nice pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable Home - Great Pool - Quiet Neighborhood
The check-in was quick and easy. I corresponded before and during the stay, a couple of times with a few questions and the owner was gracious and prompt in the response each time. The backyard felt like a little oasis with lush landscaping. We upgraded to have the pool heated and it was well worth it. We spent hours hanging out as a family swimming, playing cards, and eating outside. The location is convenient for shopping, groceries, and activities. We can't wait to stay here again on our next visit!

House and property were exactly as pictured!
We had to clean off the pool cover on arriving as it had quite a few leaves on it that we didn't want to get in the pool. I assume the pool hadn't been used by the guests before us. Our kids couldn't wait to get in the pool so it was no big deal. Easy to clean and we used it every day.

A great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in Phoenix. This house is very nice, the pool is wonderful and the location is right near the expressway so it’s easy to get to all the places you may want to visit. I would definitely like to stay here again next time we come for spring training baseball.

We had an excellent stay at this property! It was better than the pictures, and being from Minnesota during Covid, we spent a ton of time in the lovely backyard, entertaining our pregnant daughter and son-in-law and other relatives in the area. Having a heated pool was a wonderful bonus! The owner, Dale, is a delight to deal with. When staying in a place for a month, you will probably have questions. Dale was prompt and considerate and patient with my questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The Home Completely Met Our Rental Criteria: Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
We stayed at this Glendale property from late December 2019 until early March 2020. One never knows what to expect when opening the door to a VRBO property other than having the internet property pictures, descriptions provided by the owner, and possible pre-arrival communication with the owner. Our stay at this property was excellent! The home itself was very comfortable and welcoming. We felt like we belonged from the moment we arrived. Dale, the owner, was a delight to work with in getting our questions answered both before we arrived and a couple of times during our stay. He was very prompt with his responses. The home had the items we needed to ‘make it our own’ for our entire stay. The pool was maintained weekly by an outside service, and the yard was attended to bi-weekly by another professional. Our two mid-sized dogs had plenty of room in the backyard to roam and relax. Dale’s property is also situated such that it is close to grocery stores, restaurants (plenty!), and strip malls. We were able to easily find anything we were looking for. The property made an excellent ‘home base’ for days when we took day trips into Phoenix, surrounding communities, and the desert. In addition to desert hiking venues, we found two well-maintained, safe, and dog friendly trails not too far away: Skunk Creek Trail (Glendale) and New River Trail (Peoria). Thank you, Dale, for providing a home that met our 3C criteria: clean, comfortable, convenient! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend Dale’s Glendale home.

Cozy home away from home
This home was the perfect size for our family, including grandma. We were able to spread out but still have the kids within ear shot. We found it was super easy to get to and from our destinations since the freeway wasn't too far. Our daughter raced at the BMX national event while the boys got to visit the Oddysea aquarium and swim in the pool. The home was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Our teenager enjoyed the Murphy bed in the den. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plastic cups for the kids, thank you! There is a Keurig machine and a regular coffee pot which was nice. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to communicate with Dale. We would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future.
