"Our first surprise was the sixty dollar fee for parking. The parking lot allegedly belong to another entity besides the condo. We had to pay a sixty dollars fee PLUS we had very specific instructions to park in the number spot that we were assigned which was spot 32 . If we did not the instructions assured us that we would be immediately towed away. This TWO bedroom with a window between the bedrooms was no problem for us . "This was a great location for wanting to be near the Mercedes Benz stadium and all things downtown. The parking was easy and nice to have since parking can get expensive. My only notes are to mention that the building itself seems as though it’s under renovation so it didn’t look wonderful as we pulled up (large dumpster in the front of the entrance) but the unit itself was exactly as pictured. "Condo was just as pictured. Clean & all the necessary amenities. The location as far as proximity to things to do in Atlanta was excellent. Outside the condo there is a lot of homelessness near the front entrance , we simply used the side door to avoid them . I would definitely stay here again "
