Spectacular brand new custom built cabin nestled in the Pines in Pinetop Lakes Country Club. This spacious cabin retreat is tucked away in the serene Ponderosa Pines on a large wooded lot with a spacious front deck with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the picturesque White Mountains. The master also walks out to the front deck. The cabin also features a back deck off of the dining area. Pet friendly so bring your 4-legged friends. The back yard completely fenced for pups. Cabin features 3 bedrooms for sleeping 7 in beds with an additional pullout sofa for 2 more and 3 full baths. Plenty of parking and the cabin has central air conditioning!!! Great location in the heart of Pinetop and close to public golf course and horseback riding! Just 25 minutes to Sunrise Ski Resort.

The beautifully decorated cabin is completely furnished with a large open concept family/dining/ kitchen area with gas burning fireplace to gather around on those cold winter nights!! This recently built custom home features all brand new top end appliances with granite counter tops along with ALL brand new beds and furniture. The master features a king bed with attached master full bath en suite with gorgeous walk in shower. The master also accesses the front deck. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with full bath next to it with tub shower combo. The 3rd sleeping space is upstairs in the loft with a full/twin bunk bed and tv area. The upstairs bath off of the loft features a walk in tile shower. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for 10. This cozy cabin is the perfect retreat to come up and relax in the cool woods!!!

Outdoor enthusiasts will be amazed with the over 40 lakes and streams that offer up abundant fishing including bass, trout, pike, walleye, catfish, and crappie. The White Mountains offer four distinct seasons with 70-degree summers, a winter wonderland, and 180 miles of developed hiking trails, remote camping and wildlife, downhill and cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, nine golf courses, year round festivals, casino gambling, unique shops, and many restaurants and bars... with 'true mountain' charm and character!!

Excellent Choice
We enjoyed our stay with two other couples. There was plenty of room and the location was perfect when we went fishing and golfing. There was a coffee pot but we could not use our coffee pods we brought with us. It was a standard pot. Our babies (dogs) loved the openness of the back yard. They loved being outside except for the lava rock ground cover, which was a little hard on their paws. We will definitely recommend this vacation home to others and hope to return next year.

Beautiful and Quiet Neighborhood
The house is great and would be ideal for a small family with the loft for small kids and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen is a great size and the host is generous by including many spices, foil, saran wrap, plastic baggies, and trash bags. We have rented dozens of homes and that usually is not the case. The backyard is really large but our little dogs didn’t like walking on the lava rock but shouldn’t be a problem for bigger dogs. The covered porch off the master is awesome for reading and relaxing and enjoying a thunderstorm. The outside of the house needs a spring cleaning. Many cobwebs and dog hair from previous renters. Great house and neighborhood. Safeway is just 3 miles away. Great home!

Couples golf trip
Dishes and glassware were all dirty. Like they were taken out of the dishwasher dirty and put away dirty. Very strange. Other than that it was great. We had a great time. Very nice property. Close to golf courses.

Great place to stay for a quick ski trip! Perfect size to accommodate our family of 5. Nice location near groceries, restaurants and gas. 30 min drive to Sunrise. Would definitely stay here again.

NICE PROPERTY BUT MANAGEMENT IS NOT THOROUGH
Overall, we enjoyed the stay but when we arrived my husband walked the backyard to be sure there were no issues regarding letting the children out to play. He found a bag of red pills near the fireplace, a rake laying in the yard with the tines facing up and a 2 pronged grill fork laying in the corner. My assessment is that management does not make sure that prior renters have cleaned up after themselves. Alos, floors were not clean. We walked through the house with socks as we would at home. The bottom of our socks were black at the end of the day. Also, shower floors obviously were not clean as all around the edges the tiles were dirty and discolored. Cleaning staff does not do a good job. I'm sorry to have to report this as overall the property was nice and well stocked. My hope is that the owner of this property will see this and make changes to keep a lovely properrty from deteriorating. I tried to call property manager, Lisa, but she was incommunicado due to travel per her email.

Such a nice experience
My family (my husband, my 4 month old daughter, dog and me) as well as our friends (woman, man, their three year old son) had such a nice stay. There was more than enough time room for all of us. The backyard was so spacious. The deck was a nice place to enjoy the time together. Everything was clean as described. The description was exactly the expectation.

We came up from the Valley for a ski trip. Our 2 sons, age 15&18 each got to bring a friend and we brought our 2 dogs. We skied 2 days and the boys had a great time. They made a fire each night outside in the fire pit. My husband and I enjoyed the fire place. We loved the convience of the location to everything. We got a snow storm one night and enjoyed playing in the snow the next day. It was a great trip overall. I'd stay here again.

Perfect weekend cabin getaway
This was the PERFECT weekend getaway and our family of four each had our own space. The backyard was perfect for pets, having a fire, and grilling steaks. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and the house was stocked with everything you need for a getaway. The house was clean with a new design, and the heating was incredible on the cold days. Lastly, the owner was very accommodating to our needs during the process. We will definitely book again and look forward to going back.

Beautiful Property!
This cabin did not disappoint! New, clean, great location and the fenced backyard was a bonus since we have small dogs! We vacation in Pinetop quite often and find ourselves renting cabins that are hosted by Lisa more than anyone else! Her response time is exceptional and she truly cares about the comfort of her guests! Every cabin that she hosts is clean, well maintained and by far the best in Pinetop! We had a great time and will be back next summer to enjoy this same place!
