Uno de nuestros Portland Vacation Homes es una unidad de estudio espaciosa de 560 pies cuadrados ubicada en una encantadora casa victoriana (también VRBO 478812) con mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos más nuevos. Hay una lavadora y secadora. Ofrecemos un espacio acogedor salón para relajarse tras un ajetreado día con un sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana, chimenea y aire acondicionado para los días cálidos. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con acero rango para cocinar, microondas y lavavajillas. Si usted está aquí por negocios hay acceso a internet inalámbrico para el equipo (y blue ray). Este maravilloso apartamento de estilo vintage tiene un plan de piso abierto pintoresco, con su mesa y sillas de patio justo fuera de su puerta.
Esta unidad se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la popular Avenida 23 NW cerca de Thurman con un montón de boutiques, tiendas de diseño para el hogar, tanto de las tiendas conocidas y locales, antigüedades, rutas de senderismo (a pocas cuadras del Parque Forestal), parques, galer��as, restaurantes fabulosos ya sea para la hora feliz o restaurantes, panaderías europeas, cocidos locales y pubs, cafeterías ... simplemente sobre todo para una agradable visita a Portland. Está muy cerca del tranvía para un acceso rápido al distrito de Pearl, al río Willamette y al centro de la ciudad. Además, si está caminando, ¡está a poca distancia a pie! La casa se encuentra en una tranquila calle sin salida con un montón de aparcamiento en la calle, además de un camino al final de la calle de acceso directo a Thurman, donde las cafeterías, panaderías y boutiques francesas comienzan. Sólo una cuadra se encuentra un supermercado urbano consciente conveniente para las necesidades diarias de la salud y abastecido con productos frescos locales. Cerca del transporte público ... hace de este un excelente lugar para quedarse, ya sea por trabajo o por diversión.

Great location
Perfect stay for three adults wanting to explore the Portland area. Bed and couch were comfortable, the space was small as mentioned but well-utilized, and the location could not be beat! Would recommend to others because of its location to 23rd avenue, a great spot for restaurants and shopping.

Enjoyed the stay
Owner very easy to work with. The apartment is surprisingly roomy for a studio. Appreciated the shower stall instead of stepping into a tub to shower. Nice supply of cookware and dishes. Enjoyed being able to sit outside in the evening. I ate one meal at Jakes Famous Crawfish; it was outstanding.

We stayed a week in the studio apartment in NW Portland. Communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The studio is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The bathroom has lots of towels, toiletries and there’s two comfy robes provided. There are coffee shops, restaurants, an excellent French bakery and a food cart courtyard minutes away. New Seasons, a great grocery store is a 10 minute walk from the studio. Thanks Becky for providing a wonderful space to stay in while visiting Portland.

Great little place, great location
My 2nd time staying with Becky but 1st time in this unit. Very compact but had everything we needed. We didn’t pull out the couch bed, one person slept on the sofa and was very comfy. I love this neighborhood! We didn’t rent a car this trip, and had no problem using the Tri-met, the stop to go practically anywhere is right at the end of the street. I will definitely stay with Becky again!!

Good place to stay for us. Close to the people we were visiting. Only issue is that the people above us were heavy footed and we could hear them walking around. Fortunately we kept similar hours. It was nice that there was lots of coffee and filters supplied. We would stay in these properties again.

With how the house is set up you hear every single step that the people above make. This meant regularly hearing pretty loud steps well past midnight and early in the morning which made sleeping a hassle. I also had the cleaners mistakenly try to enter while I was home one time which was awkward. Location is good, the space is great, and everything else was nice

This is a lovely place to stay. Felt like home. Only thing I would change is the blemishes and holes in the walls. First thing we did when we arrived was too fix the fridge. My husband got down on his hands and knees and propped it up to balance it. It was rocking like a teeter totter. Washer and dryer were fabulous. There was a family with 4 kids staying above and they were really noisy but to be expected with that many child. Lovely time over all. Jade and Shona

Amazing Space
This property was amazing, fully stocked with everything you would need. We didn't plan to cook as we wanted to go out and enjoy the local food. Erin was amazing in communicating with us and answering our questions. There were a lot of eating places on the next block over, so we decided to explore, and we were not disappointed. This was a wonderfully cute, comfortable place to stay that kept a kitchen stocked with enough cooking essentials for us to also be able to have a nice night in. The location is awesome, very accessible grocers, cafes and restaurants, and public transit. It could have been a little cleaner--we found some pieces of furniture were pretty dusty and had to wipe them down ourselves--but otherwise we were very happy with our stay. This property's location was extemely convenient to NW 23rd, and Washington Park. Nearby small market and plenty of eating options. Nice neighborbood and cozy studio unit. Studio was very clean, and directions for features in the rental were very clear and easy to find. Host was easy to contact and clear with check in/check out and parking directions. I have stayed at many rentals, and this was one of my favorite stays.

A mixed bag
Overall apartment was great-very convenient location as it is walkable to cute shops and eatery. Very impressed with responsiveness of the host. Downside was that parking access was very difficult due to construction on the street...but nothing the host can do about that! Lots of noise from the family staying in the apartment above. We were unable to get the Roku working (wanted to watch the March Madness games). I would still stay at the place again as it provided what we wanted at a reasonable cost.

Weekend trip for one
This place was exactly as advertised. It was perfect as i was coming and going for a racquetball tournament. Parking was limited on the street out front due to construction, but plenty of room one block over. Being in a basement, you can occasionally hear people upstairs at night, but I was awake anyway so it wasn't a problem for me. Will stay here again if i return
