This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. Enjoy meals in the sunlit dining area, situated in the cosy sunroom, perfect for intimate dinners.

The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is available to make cleanup a breeze. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washer, drying rack, and ironing essentials to meet your laundry needs.

The mezzanine-level bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, dressed in quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nearby, you'll find iconic landmarks such as the stunning Capela das Almas, with its striking blue azulejos depicting the lives of saints, and the historic Café Majestic, a magnificent example of Art Nouveau that takes you back in time to Porto's rich past.

The nearest metro station, Faria Guimarães, is just a 10-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
