El salón tiene un 3 plazas y 2 plazas sofás, además de Smart TV, DVD. 6 plazas mesa de comedor. La cocina está totalmente equipada. My first vacation rental – Great Experience! A Barbados gem. Loved the stay. Ramona and Andrew were awesome. They were extremely responsive, even before I arrived on location. The apartment was far more than I expected. It was very spacious and attractive, really could comfortably accommodate 2 to 3 couples or a large family. Everything you could ever need is already on-site. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, with a great view of the ocean from the patio. Literally a 10 minute walk to the grocery store, which is directly across the street from the beach. Super convenient location. Short bus or taxi ride to a multitude of dining, other beaches and activities. The apartment is on a small hill, but really only has a steep incline of about 10-15 yards of the entire walk. So the walk is not difficult at all. This is truly a great value. I definitely will be back and have already recommended this apartment to family and friends.

Wonderful stay
We loved our time at this location. Ramona & Andrew were great. The apartment was clean, tidy, bright and spacious. We really appreciated the little extras ... cooler bags to take to the beach etc. The neighbourhood was nice as well and people in the area very polite and courteous. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. I am hoping we can come back to your place soon. All the best :)

Good location
Clean apartment with all needed appliances and utensils. Very spacious. Ideal for 2 couples or a family. Great view of the ocean from the veranda. Located in a residential area so it is quiet...except for the morning roosters! Less than a 10 minute walk to beach, buses and Jordans grocery store. Nice Italian restaurant right on the beach. Not ideal location if you have mobility issues (and are walking) as there is a hill to climb from the beach area to apartment, otherwise not an issue. Would recommend. Very good value. Property manager very helpful.

the house is really comfortable. The owner Ramona is always available as is her collaborator Andrews. I asked him for a list of things I found in the refrigerator before I arrived. at home nothing is missing from A to Z... you just have to bring your personal things. Then Fits Village is the most beautiful part of Barbados... we couldn't have been better.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with a beach view and a wrap around porch. It is nice and spacious on the inside, with air condition in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. It is very close to Jordans grocery store, restaurants, and walking distance from the beach. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment other guests.

Great family property in Fitts Village
The property is located on a hill 5 minutes from Fitts Village beach. The beach is safe and has very nice corral and fish. The neighborhood is safe with a grocery store nearby. We felt comfortable allowing our teenage kids to go out on their own. The property managers were very helpful and responsive. They provided us with a pedestal fan because we found the common area too hot. They even delivered a jacket that we had forgotten at the property to the airport! The property is located 5 minutes from the sea - so it does not get a lot of breeze. The common areas got a bit too hot for us because it didn't have AC. As a result we did not spend as much time in the common areas as we would have liked. The apartment feels a little dated. The toilet stop working twice and the dishwasher was loose. The property manager promptly fixed these issues on our request. Overall I would recommend the property for its location and good management. Would have given 5 stars if the common areas had air conditioning.

Our home abroad.
Very nice apartment,well maintained and ocean view because located on the top of a small hill.Quiet place away from road noise.Small supermarket at good prices around the corner in front of a Italian restaurant.It is also easy to take the bus to visit the island.On the other side of the road access to the beach.Very rocky however. Thank you Ramona,communication with you is very easy and you are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will have great memories.

Fitts Village Rental
My husband, mother and one year old daughter rented Ramona’s place in Fitts Village for about 12 days. It was the most perfect, comfortable, well appointed apartment. The property manager Andrew was awesome and knowledgeable and even gave me a ride to my relatives house when I was stranded. My only suggestions are to have a cleaning person come in the middle of your stay if you have a long term rental. We cleaned ourselves halfway through but I would have liked an option not to! Also, we had a one year old baby and we couldn’t go on the patio with her. One of the photos of the patio showed a mesh that was no longer up. We just kept patio door locked to avoid any accidents. Overall it was a perfect stay. I plan to rent here whenever I’m in Barbados and you should too.

A home away from home...in Paradise!
This property is lovely, spacious and located in a convenient spot. We were greeted by Andrew, the property manager who walked us through all that we needed and provided great options of things to do while on vacation in Barbados. Enough room for 4 women on a girls trip, sleeping quarters felt like home. Breakfast on the veranda was a fabulous way to start our morning off before heading to the beach down the street. Thanks Ramona, you have a lovely home....we will be back!

Good place to stay
The pictures accurately represent the apartment and all the mod cons that you need are supplied. Excellent wi-fi. Full range of TV channels including Netflix. Ramona was very fast with her replies. Andrew (the Property Manager) immediately responded to any of our questions. Two very useful extras were the beach chairs/sun umbrellas and the BBQ. You don't necessarily need a car if you are prepared to walk up and down the hill. Very convenient to have Jordans supermarket at the bottom of that hill and just across the road the wonderful beach with toilet facilities. Note: You can recycle/get money back if you take your plastic bottles into Jordans. We had a car for a couple of weeks to explore the island but then used public transport which was cheap, regular and easy to use. Be aware however that the property is located in a local neighbourhood and behind it is some open grassland. Nearby small holders use it to graze their animals and this sent the many neighbouring dogs into a complete frenzy - barking incessantly for hours. This did disturb our sleep.

Perfect in Barbados
Just spent 10 days in Barbados. Ramona's home was great. it is just far enough up the hill to get out of the noise and bustle but close enough to everything you might want including the Fitts Village Beach which has a nice sandy spot to go in and some really great snorkelling. Jordans grocery is very handy. The house itself is five star. Andrew, who met us, was a fount of knowledge so much so we could never keep up with him. Thouroughly enjoyed the stay and absolutely not one complaint.

Charming and well-kept apartment - home away from home!
We enjoyed our third year in the apartment and we love it. The view is magnificent and we especially appreciate viewing the ships arriving in the morning and leaving all lit up at night. The apartment is well kept and tastefully decorated. And as a plus, this year we got to meet our landlords, Ramona and Ralph King. What a treat that was. Andrew, the building overseer was very kind and took good care of us during our stay. The apartment is close to the beach and there is a local supermarket at the bottom of the hill, a 10 minute bus ride to Holetown.

Just perfect!!!
My boyfriend and I were in Barbados the end of December 2018. I have to say our trip was awesome and Ramona’s apartment was amazing!! Great location, fully equipped and super clean!! It looked just like the pictures!! The location is great. Not even a 10 minute walk to the beach and supermarket to do groceries. The area is super safe and the neighbours downstairs are so sweet!! The patio is the best!! You have a beautiful ocean view. You can also catch beautiful sunsets from there and watch the cruise ships come early in the morning and leave at night. My boyfriend and I rented a car but the apartment is so central to everything, you can take the bus which stops at the bottom of the road almost anywhere. From the moment we booked Ramona was super sweet and helpful. She arranged to have a taxi pick us up from the airport, helped us find a car rental place, and even gave us a very detailed list of places to visit and things to do during our stay. Andrew, the property manager was also very friendly and helpful. He was always just a call away. All in all everything about our trip was just perfect!! We loved it!! We would return to Barbados in a heartbeat and would most definitely stay at Ramona’s apartment again without hesitation!! Angela and Chris

Plenty of space; everything clean and well maintained.
We had breakfast on the patio each morning with a view of Caribbean. Plenty of space and kitchen was well stocked. Also had folding beach chairs and umbrella...which we appreciated. This is a good location with access to sites and beaches further north as well as Bridgetown and beaches on south coast. A car is definitely recommended. WAZE worked very well for navigation. We were there 11 nights and never ran out of sites to see. Andrew the property manager was very responsive; initially we had a problem with barbeque grill, but he fixed it right away. Also, Romona, the owner was very attentive. We really appreciate their efforts.

spacious and comfortable
We were very satisfied with this apartment, it was spacious, comfortable and had all the necessary features for a comfortable stay. The hill from the main road up to the apartment might be a challenge to people with mobility problems and without a car but the view overlooking the sea and the lovely cooling breeze compensated somewhat. The building manager Andrew was available and helpful at all times. We had an enjoyable stay.

Another amazing Barbados vacation
Every morning we begin with our delicious coffee - sitting on the balcony - looking down to the ocean. It's a memory that will forever be ingrained in our minds. Everything is really perfect here. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. The apartment is tastefully decorated. The master suite bed - comfy! We were here for 5 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Thanks, Ramona, for everything. Lovely Apartment
My wife and I stayed here for a month from Nov to Dec 2017. It was a lovely apartment with a great view to the sea from the balcony where we would often sit, having a cup of tea and watching the sun go down. The accommodation suited us very well. It is well located with good access to all parts of the island. Although there are regular buses, after a few days of travelling on 'Reggae buses' with very loud rap music and heavy base, we hired a car for the rest of the stay which gave us much more flexibility and peace! Jordan's supermarket is at the end of the road which is useful (be warned if walking, the road back is is quite steep in the heat). The Massy supermarket in Holetown, which opened while we were there, is better with a bigger selection. We were a little concerned when we arrived to find that there was a building site opposite with 2 houses partially completed. However, it became evident that there had been no building work for a while and none took place while we were there. The house next door has still to be finished off but again we were not bothered by it. What we did find intrusive were the local pet dogs which appear to be shut outside and bark (yap) for hours day and night! We had a wonderful time and the apartment suited us very well. Ramona was very helpful with the arrangements leading up to our trip and Andrew Edwards, the property manager was also helpful with advice on where to visit etc. Sent from my iPad
