Ubicado en una hermosa playa privada, con arenas blancas y aguas turquesas.
Este condominio lujoso, cómodo y totalmente equipado, tiene impresionantes vistas!

El condominio incluye: 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, cuarto de lavado, aire acondicionado en cada habitación, ventiladores de techo en cada habitación, TV de pantalla plana en la sala, tiene capacidad para 8 personas La señora de la limpieza incluido cada dos días (excepto los domingos). Electricidad incluida hasta USD 100 a la semana, o su equivalente diario si son menos dias. Cualquier diferencia en electricidad debe ser cubierta por el cliente.

El complejo incluye puerta de seguridad y personal las 24 horas, dos piscinas comunitarias, piscina para niños, área de recepción, ascensores, pérgola sombreada en la playa, bar de la piscina y playa . internet wi-fi gratuito dentro del apartamento.

No se necesita automóvil, ya que el complejo de apartamentos está ubicado cerca de muchos servicios como mini supermercados, panaderías, farmacias, spas, bares, restaurantes, y cajero automático. 10/10 – Perfect Beach Getaway!
We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach with an amazing view. The onsite beach restaurant and bar were excellent, and there was so much to do within a short walk that we never needed a car. Our group ranged from eight years old to adults, and everyone had a fantastic time. Shops, restaurants, and activities were all easily accessible. The unit was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with our host was smooth and responsive throughout. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Exceptional in every way
We’ve done a lot of VRBOs and other vacation rentals but this was one of our best vacations in years. The condo was spotless, great views of the ocean, steps from the beach, and an incredibly responsive owner/manager who answered our texts in minutes. Comfy beds, great kitchen stocked with every appliance or utensil you would ever need or want, and roomy enough for six easily. To prove how much we liked it, we’re planning to book another week in February 2026.

Fantastic condo and location
Had an amazing time in Punta Cana. We prefer VRBO over all inclusive options. This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (adult children). Ilia was great to work with for everything from arranging a taxi to/from airport, lining up an in-condo chef for terrific dinner one evening, and also providing recommendations for local restaurants. Very secure condo location and within easy walking distance of everything you need. The beach is great. Chairs and umbrellas for resort guests made logistics very easy. The on beach bar/restaurant is nice also. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing
We set out to have a few days just relax on the beach and this condo and experience exceeded our expectations. The host Illia would respond to all communication and set up a driver for us to and from the airport. She had a cleaner come halfway through. All of this was efficient and organized. The kitchen was well equipped. We travel a lot and this is a place we would return to.

Beautiful beachfront condo!
This was our first time to the Dominican Republic and this condo was perfect for our family. The view was spectacular!! Our host was prompt and helpful and our housekeeper was amazing!! Definitely would stay here again!

Upscale Condo - Wonderful Stay
We have stayed in Playa Turquesa previously, and this is the most beautiful condo we have stayed in. The decor, the view and the interior are all amazing and high quality. When we return, this will be our first choice. The location is perfect, just steps from the pool, beach and the beach bar. The property manager was excellent and helpful and she accommodated our request for a late check out without a hassle. We can't wait to visit again!

Luxury Beachfront Oceanview Condo
We enjoyed our week long stay with Lia as our host. We fit comfortably with 5 adults and 2 infants. Since we did a lot of water activities it was nice having a washer and dryer to use. The fully equipped kitchen was a plus along with the choice of appliances. The balcony view of the ocean is a perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The pool is right outside the condo. The restaurant right on the beach had excellent food and drinks. Security guards at the main entrance and beach entrance made us feel safe. We had easy access to the local restaurants which were within walking distance.

Fantastic place to stay
The owner was responsive, professional and very helpful. This was our first trip to Punta Cana, and everything went smooth thanks to the help of the owner. I will stay there again and highly recommend the complex – she advised us to use Expedia for excursions, take that advice it works best.

Amazing Vacation!
The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The 3 bedroom & 3 baths was perfect for our small family’s getaway! We especially loved the terrace that looked out towards the beach and overlooked the pool. The unit is the perfect location on the property. Just steps from the pool and beach. We enjoyed the beach club bar and every day we walked to different restaurants. The grocery store, gift shops, even a pizza joint with gelato, was very close. The owner coordinated taxi service to and from the airport. Everyone was very nice and Ilia was very easy to reach when we had questions. We look forward to visiting again!

We love everything about our trip to beautiful Bavaro Punta Cana. Place was amazing, clean and everything was so nice. We felt like home . View from balcony priceless . Great location. Color of the ocean breathtaking . Communication with Lia absolutely perfect. Dinners at home delicious. Thank You for all your help. 5 stars no questions asked. We wish to comeback there . Fantastic view!
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view from the patio is amazing. The condo was clean and spacious enough for 5 adults. The grounds are well kept and the area felt very safe. We made our owns meals most of the time and made use of the local supermarket every day (5 minute walk from the condo). There are lots of restaurant options within walking for guests who don’t want to cook. The owner was always quick to respond through whatsapp whenever we had questions. We would recommend this condo without hesitation.

Great stay
Property was just like the pictures. Ilea was very responsive and helpful and Mary, the cleaner was great. It was a really nice bonus to have someone come and clean up the sand and tidy up the apartment every other day especially with a 10 day stay. I literally checked in and didn’t have to worry about a thing! If we come back to the DR, we would definitely rent from ilea again!

Family vacation
My family and I stayed here for 2 nights before we headed to a resort for the rest of our trip. The beach here was beautiful and the condo was exactly as pictured. The host was great at communicating with us and very helpful with setting up transportation for us. Unfortunately there were a couple things that made our stay subpar. The cleanliness of the place was not up to our expectations. There was little hairs and dirt all over the bathroom. The sheets and overall cleanliness of some of the beds was not the best. There was visible dust, hair, dirt, etc. If you are the type of person who pays attention to little details and expect perfection, then you will not like it here. Also the biggest other issue was the air conditioning!!! It was not working in multiple areas of the house. We are a big family and some of us had to sleep outside, and the rest crammed into the master bedroom because we could not stand the heat. The house was at 80+ degrees Fahrenheit our whole entire trip. Each area in the house had its own separate unit, but some of the units were not working or would take too long to begin to cool. Overall it was a beautiful beach, and the apartment matched the pictures but because of the lack of cleanliness and air conditioning issues I can’t give it a 5 star review.

Great location, great experience
Ilia is a fantastic host: she always replied to my questions or recommendations in the folowing minutes. She is very flexible and will do all she can to accomodate you. The unit is extremely well located and a exactly like the pics provided. Mary, the maid, is very helpful and efficient, even though she speaks only Spanish. She also made us a dinner which was really good and recommend to use that service. Unfortunately, there was seaweeds on the beach at that moment, which is not our host fault since ALL the resorts on that beach had the same problem but it did not prevent us to enjoy the warm sea water and the very nice pool in the complex. I recommend 100% this rental with Ilia, it was a great vacation.

Great Location
The condo is very clean with a wonderful view. Ilia is great. There is a bar/restaurant onsite while taking in the beach. The beach can/does have seaweed. They have workers that clear it. Mary is a rockstar! Definitely recommend having her cook. The best surprise was how walkable it is - this is understated in the description. Right behind the condo complex is kind of a vibrant downtown area. There are many wonderful restaurants, shops, etc. Great service, live music, and hospitality. For example, there is a brilliant cigar shop and an authentic Italian pizza shop - real wood fired ovens from Italy! And much more! There are a lot of people trying to sell things on the beach and they like to sell the kids - this is annoying so be prepared for it. Our two best excursions were a private boat to Saona and Catalina. Highly recommend these! The palm trees, starfish, food, colors were magnificent! Overall the property and DR exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

We absolutely loved the property. It’s exactly as shown in the pictures. Nice and close to restaurants. Perfect view of the ocean from our hugh balcony. Pool was great and weather was awesome. The maid Mary was very friendly, and when she saw my friend crocheting, she picked up the crocheting to show her that she knew how to do it too. We had a good laugh over that. We would definitely go back again. It was great!!

Great location
Nice place to stay at, close to everything you need. Steps to the beach. Beautiful view. Delicious restaurants just outside the complex. Ilia was very good at responding to anything we needed and was also open to suggestions. Safe area and lots of friendly people. We would definitely visit again.
