"I was disappointed in the condo. I was shown a picture of it being on the water. My view was the parking lot and pool. The condo was a time warp,of the late 70's .It was cleanish but definitely needed updates,or gutting."

"The Sunset Inn was a wonderful choice for our overnight in Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte. It's a great location right across the street from Charlotte Harbor and close to everything we wanted to do in Punta Gorda. The Inn's property is beautifully landscaped and well kept. The suite is very clean, the bed very comfortable and the mini kitchen area had everything needed for cooking (although we ate out the entire weekend.) "There's really nothing to tell. On the airplane ride down.. We received a notification that our money was refunded and the property was canceled leaving us to quickly try and find another place on new years eve. And to be fair it may not have been the owner's fault it was a short notice that had been accepted. As for the rating of the cleanliness and location etc. those cannot be determined since I never made it to that area."
