"Trip was wonderful and this is not our first trip, but one of many. The condo was beautifully furnished and the kitchen, well equipped. The location is so conveniently located in Jaco. Its an easy walk to groceries, shopping and restauranrs. We love this location and feel very safe. Checkin and checkout was flawless.It was a wonderful vacation for ages 8- 70!We will be back!restaurants "

"The moment we walked into the condo we were met with a heinous odor that filled the entire place. It took days for the smell to go away with airing it out and using air fresheners. The smell was seemingly coming from the washer/dryer area which made them unusable, the odor was seriously making us gag (we will come back to this). The issue was seemingly a plumbing issue, which we understand is out of their control but we had to ask several times for someone to come look at it, they kept finding...

"A little tricky to find, and to get in, the YouTube video was super helpful as well as the written instructions. Overall, communication was excellent! Had a great night sleep, very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. "

"The condo is in a nice building but Vacasa did not fix issue we had with no internet and no TV despite my emails, texts and phone call to property manager (number was not active that i had been given). This condo is built for tall people. The bottom cabinet is over 5 feet high so i couldnt reach the dishes and no step stool to be found. Microwave is too high up also. No vent on the dryer so room turned into a sauna when drying clothes. Toilet in master bathroom was broken so had to keep fixing...

"Property exceeded expectations. The property managers were fantastic. They were available to help and quick to respond to each concern. They also helped us plan activities to make our stay even better. The location had a wonderful view and access to several pools. It was inside Los Sueños resort which felt very comfortable but also a sort drive or walk to great local places to eat and shop. We had a daily drive to a local panadería for amazing baked goods for cheap. We highly recommend this...
