The space

*In case of requesting a boiler already started the stay, we depend on the availability of the staff and an additional charge of $150 pesos will be charged for additional management issues.

* Three bedrooms, the bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom, one with a double bed and the third with a single beds and a single sofa bed. The mattresses are orthopedic to ensure a better rest.

In case you want a higher temperature, we have a boiler with an additional cost, which must be paid at least one day before in order to charge Gas and coordinate the ignition of the boiler.

Guest access
Private subdivision/24-hour surveillance, previously authorized access, illuminated streets for a relaxing walk or hike, very quiet and safe, just 10 kilometers from the center of the magical village of Tequisquiapan, 30 km from Peña de Bernal, and very close to the best vineyards in the region and golf course. In the subdivision our guests can enjoy the common areas, mainly composed of race track and cycling and outdoor children's games, space to walk and even play Bocce (it is a game of Italian origin, we have a game in the house)
The room is completely private, including the pool and Jacuzzi so you can enjoy it at your leisure.
The house is delivered with all the necessary white linens (sheets, comforters, hand towels and one bath towel per person. If you want pool towels, an additional $30 will be charged for each, which is the additional cost of laundry.
Remember that in the rental model, we leave the house clean and ready to use. Daily cleaning during the stay is done by our guests, this means that at least the house is expected to be handed over with the dishes from the used clean kitchen and trash instead.
For an additional charge to be agreed directly with the cleaning staff (it must be requested at least one week before the start of the stay) this service can be offered in the days after the first day of stay, it can also be supported, if required by the guest, with the breakfasts or stews they need per day, price of this service to be agreed.
Other things to note
We suggest to make your purchases in advance at the Walmart of San Juan del Río or being in Tequisquiapa in the Soriana, the Bodega de Aurrera or the Dorantes.
We have in the house a security camera system in the front garden and in the back, although the latter are turned off when there is a room for greater privacy, only in the backyard a panoramic camera is left.
During the stay it is strictly forbidden:
I. Accommodate more than eight people in the house, the 9 is with an extra single charge.
II. Camping in the garden
III. Smoking inside the house and leaving butts in the gardens
IV. Damage the house and its furnishings or change the latter's location
V. Entering the pool area with electrical appliances, or with glass, ceramic or any other material that could break and cause harm to people
VI. Handling the boiler and pool machinery
VII. Bring blankets, blankets, duvets, towels or, in general, any fabric of the house that could be damaged near the grill or the area of the fire when they are lit
VIII. Enter any property other than the one that protects this announcement, without the authorization of the owner.
IX. Consume alcoholic beverages or any kind of drugs in the common areas of fractionation
X. Maintain high noise levels after 10:00 pm on weekdays and 11:00 pm on weekends.
XI. Use the domino table to put drinks, food and generally put anything on top.
XII. The ping pong table must remain closed and with its protector, at the moment it is not available.
XIII. Used kitchen frets should be delivered clean.
XIV. No trash should be left lying on the floor or left out of the trash can.
XV. If you request home service, please inform us since access to the subdivision is restricted and they will call us for surveillance to request authorization.
XVI. It is forbidden to bathe pets in the bathrooms and put them at the Pool and/or Jacuzzi.
