Cozy 3 bedroom space with all of the amenities! Large front porch with cushioned furniture overlooking charming street. Enclosed backyard with privacy fence, patio, and string lighting! Complete kitchen with everything you would need to cook in or for take out! Enjoy your meals in the separate dining area that seats all 6 guests. Oversized sectional in the living room and 60inch Smart TV with cable/Youtube TV. Brand new mattresses, soft sheets, and antimicrobial towels. Newly renovated full bathroom with walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and hair dryer included!

My family enjoyed staying at this house for a short getaway . The house was very clean and welcoming with everything we needed. It was located close to downtown and so much to do nearby. We hope to visit Raleigh again and soon with plans to stay again. Thanks to the hosts for clarity.

Great location and accommodations
My husband and I rented this house for a month. It was conveniently located in a safe part of town. We loved grabbing coffee at The Optimist and walking around the neighborhood. There are lots of other great spots nearby that are easily walkable, which was a priority for us. The house itself was well appointed and we had almost everything we needed to make the whole month comfortable. The hosts were helpful and communicative. We would totally stay here again in the future.

I can’t say enough about how nice our stay here was, from the neighborhood, to local eats, condition of the place and access to everything downtown Raleigh. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and will absolutely we staying here again!

Great house for our family!
This house was great for our family's first trip to Raleigh. Good location for visiting the museums downtown and some of the more popular kid friendly activities. The house was clean and cozy! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for others!

Clean and cute in a nice part of town
I stayed here two nights with my family and we had such a nice stay. Comfortable bed, beautiful sheets, and nice bathroom and kitchen. So many cute details including lists of places to eat and things to see on the refrigerator. We were within walking distance of a few great eateries. Would highly recommend!

Christmas Vacation
Overall everything was excellent. We live in the East Mordecai Neighborhood and used the house for our overflow of out of town guests. The property was close to everything in downtown Raleigh, clean and well supplied. Would and will rent again.

Host had all areas of comfort covered! We enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect for us. Check in/out was very easy. Host checked in to make sure everything was to our liking, which was very thoughtful. Great restaurants very close, some within walking distance. House was clean and well supplied. 30 on the 30th
We came to Raleigh to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday on the 30th of April. It was an incredible couple days of non stop celebration throughout Raleigh. This home was the perfect experience for our family, the 3 bedrooms, the location, the cleanliness of the home and the accommodations were outstanding. Definitely will be our go to for future visits.
