"House was beautiful and very clean with many amenities. Great for multiple families as the downstairs has its own kitchen, laundry room, bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathroom configuration was a little odd - 3 full downstairs for only 2 bedrooms and one bedroom on the main floor had its bathroom right in the bedroom not walled off. Overall it worked well for a 7 girlfriend getaway. Host Charlie was very responsive with our needs. "

"Well described, short walk from donwtown, lost of hikes near."

"The house was exactly as it was listed. Very homey and comfortable. We did have trouble finding the house at first as we couldn’t see the house number very easily, but the gentleman working on the house next door was super friendly and helpful. The house was just a 10 minute walk to Main St which was very convenient. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lake Placid!"

"Our group of friends had a great time at this house. Very clean and well stocked and beautiful property. Ate at Bandstand Brew Works a couple times which was amazing. Played volleyball, used the hot tub, sat around the fire pit. Host was really responsive. Would definitely stay again!"

"Perfect house ! Everything you could want. Next time we will ask hockey team members to join us. Lots of bedrooms. Games for the kids. Obviously the hot tub is a bonus!"

"Great location comfortable for 4 couples Would do it agaij"

"• No response from host when contacted. • No msg from host about keys, rules or wifi information. It took us a while to figure out where wifi was. • It was dark & difficult to see but we managed to find the key. • The place itself was very clean but did smell musty. • There was no dish soap & we didn't dirty enough dishes to warrant using the dishwasher. • Kitchen was very well equipped to cook a big meal. • This place has a lot of potential however it felt cold & sparse. There isn't...

"I traveled solo was a great place to stay. The studio apartment was perfect for me. enjoyed the swings and fire pit outside was nice place to relax and read . Town is walkable distance and there's a grocery store right across the way . check in at other location was easy and gentleman was helpful and polite."
