Before the arrival date but after I was fully charge on my credit card for the reservation I was contacted by the owner saying that the apartment had been booked in two different playaforms by mistake that the other persons had done it a couple of hours before me and that I needed to cancel the reservation, that if I apply and cancel the refund was going to be faster, so I naively did it. It have been more than 10 days I already presented proof that I was requested by the owner but I haven’t receive the refund I will be contacting my lawyers because other people that I have been talking to tell me this is getting very common here in Panama.
