Una terraza privada en la azotea en el piso superior es accesible solo para nuestros huéspedes: disfrute de una copa de vino, un capuchino por la mañana o una comida por la noche mientras contempla el Coliseo, la Cúpula del Vaticano, el Vittoriano (Pastel de bodas ), los tejados romanos y otros monumentos! Este apartamento en el Coliseo de Roma se encuentra muy cerca del monumento más importante de Roma: el Anfiteatro Flavio, también conocido como el Coliseo, una de las 7 maravillas del mundo. El piso se encuentra en el corazón de la antigua Roma, a pocos pasos de otros sitios importantes: la Domus Aurea de Nerón, los foros romanos, la basílica de Santa María la Mayor, la basílica de San Clemente y la iglesia de San Pedro en Cadenas con la increíble iglesia de Miguel Ángel. Se compone de una sala de estar con un sofá que se puede dividir en 2 camas, 2 habitaciones con cama king size (una de ellas se puede dividir en 2 individuales), 2 baños completos con ducha y una cocina totalmente equipada. Puede llegar fácilmente a otras áreas del centro histórico a pie o en autobús y tranvía que se detienen convenientemente frente a nuestro edificio. Si lo prefiere, puede tomar el metro / metro (líneas A y B) en las paradas cercanas de 'Manzoni' o 'Colosseo'. El apartamento está ubicado cerca de la estación central de trenes (10 minutos en taxi o en autobús / metro) y del aeropuerto (45 minutos en taxi, 90 en tren). The location and view were both outstanding, Walking distance to Colosseum and dozens of restaurants. Grocery store across the street. Colosseum, Vatican and Altare Della patria all visible from rooftop patio. Host was very thorough at check-in and offered a number of suggestions, which were great. Paradise In Rome
This property is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. The patio view is stunning. We started our days with breakfast on the patio, and ended with wine at night. The apartment is safe in a secure building, spacious, clean, modern, and quiet. The kitchen is modern and the washer dryer a great convenience. It is located minutes in walking distance from the metro bus and subway lines. Paolo, the property owner was always available to answer our Rome questions. We rented the apartment for the month of October and loved the warm charm everyday. We would highly recommend this property as the "Best of the Best" in Rome.

If you’re reading this review, looking for an incredible Rome Apartment with a GREAT location and this property is available for your dates… STOP! Book this apartment right now, then come back to finish reading this review!  Our family spent 10-days at this lovely property and Paolo’s apartment checks every box for the discerning traveler. Situated within walking distance or a short taxi from almost every site you’d want to see in Rome, we couldn’t have picked a better location. The neighborhood was safe, the local restaurants were amazing and affordable and the grocery store just across the street covers all your needs if you want to cook for yourself, or simply grab a bottle of vino for enjoying the amazing sunset view from your private balcony. Your host, Paolo is incredibly kind, caring and helpful! Not only did he answer our texts when we had questions or wanted suggestions, he also helped us book a roof-top restaurant where we celebrated our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived at the airport until we departed, Paulo was there assisting us in any way he could. 10 star rating and exceptional is not high enough for this property. You will not be disappointed. Viva Rome & Paolo!!! Until we meet again…

The owner met us at the front gate and showed us how to access the apartment and all amenities. He even helped with our luggage. The apartment is on the top floor with private roof access with an amazing sunset view of Colosseum, the Vittoriano and St. Peter's Dome.

We started out our trip in Rome Rental Apartments with Paolo. At the last minute, he was able to provide us with our accommodations and always available to answer all our questions with pleasure. We started our trip with a good attitude because of Paulo’s hospitality. It is almost like visiting a friend we’ve known for a long time. He was flexible and understanding with all our needs. Pls. Go up to the terrace at night if you have time and enjoy the Colosseum view from the rooftop. I will use Rome Apartment Rentals again! By the way, the tram or buses is very accessible to use.

Perfect spot in Rome
We stayed with our 17 and 20 year old kids and it was a perfect spot. The rooftop view is even better in person and photos don’t do justice. Paolo was so helpful and kind. He booked cars for us and even gave recommendations as needed. This was a great place. We own properties as well and appreciated the great service and all that this property and host offered!

Wonderful experience
Our stay in Rome was made so much better by the clean and comfortable apartment we stayed in. Paulo was very helpful and kind throughout the entire time we were there. His tips on restaurants etc… were spot on….yes to LiRioni! This neighborhood is close to the attractions and yet not inundated by crowds like many other areas. Also, let me not forget to add that the view from the rooftop is spectacular! The sunrise and sunset times are a must!

AMAZING TERRACE AND SPECTACULAR APARTMENT
My 3 adult children and I loved this spacious apartment! We loved the decor and the comfort of this place, the view of the plaza below, the large bath/shower in the main bath, the location (just a minute or so away from the Pantheon), the homemade cobbler left for us in the kitchen, and especially the quick responses from the host if we had questions. We will stay here again if we go back to Roma!

Great location but loud and needs renovation
The apartment is spacy very well located, clean and close to to the Colosseo and near public transports. Nevertheless it is an old building with bad isolation whether it's for the noise or the cold. Windows need to be changed as they don't close properly and we could hear the constant noise in the street as well as the elevator.

Perfect Fall Roman Holiday
The location of this property is perfect. We walked almost everywhere, and Paolo the property owner helped us with securing airport transport. I highly recommend this spot for a family vacation. Would absolutely stay again!
My wife, parents and I spent 3 wonderful nights at Paolo's incredible apartment at the start of our Italian vacation and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. The location is fantastic, close enough to everything, but also just far enough away to not feel like you're surrounded by tourists the entire time. It truly felt like we were in a Roman neighborhood, especially with the great restaurants and cafes filled with locals close by. As others have indicated, Paolo was extremely helpful throughout the process, helping to coordinate our pickup from the airport and our departure and also providing lots of great recommendations. The apartment is just as described and was very comfortable for the four of us. And of course the rooftop terrace is next level. We had dinner up there on our final evening as we looked out over Rome, which was just perfect.

The apartment was perfect for a city trip to Rome. The roof terrace offers a wonderful view directly onto the Colosseum. Everything is clean and spacious. The location is perfect. There are supermarkets and a public transportation stop across the street. Paolo, the owner of the apartment, supports you around the clock and can be reached at any time via WhatsApp. You will receive restaurant and shopping tips in advance, as well as photos for waste disposal and finding the entrance to the house. The service provided by Paolo was the best thing about this apartment, which is highly recommended!

Fantastic place and location!
The apartment is in a great location, easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. We spent great evenings on the terrace overlooking the Colosseum. Paulo was very helpful and easily contactable. We highly recommend this place!

Exactly as advertised.
Our family vacation was exceptional. Paulo left no stone unturned. He arranged for airport transfers, shared restaurant and sightseeing ideas and was always available if you needed him. The location was perfect for seeing all of the sights and was also exceptionally clean.
