"Die Lage erhöht über Peguera ist super. Die Villa mit ihren 6 Schlafzimmern, 6 Badezimmern, 4Küchen und 2 grossen Wohnzimmern ist genial. Der Wintergarten lädt auch bei frischen Abendtemparaturen ein, gemütlich zu verweilen. In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants (insbesondere El patio de Bennu). Man kann ihr auch gut ohne Auto wohnen!"

"Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte alles was versprochen wurde, eher sogar besser als Online dargestellt. Die einzigen kleinen Problemen waren die Sauberkeit, welche etwas besser hätte sein können, aber noch im Rahmen war und die Kommunikation für die Übergabe des Schlüssels."

"I d give a 9,5 over 10. Incredible view. 3 Large bedrooms all with great view. All furnitures and kitchen top. Only one negative note : in the lower master bedroom you do hear quite strongly the water pump. Difficult to fix eventhough the manutention guy did try."

Como único pero, diría que el acceso, en mi caso, teniendo un vehículo grande, no es del todo fácil. "We had a fantastic stay in Casa Ventura. The property has an ideal location with walking distance to the village Portals Nous and the harbor and small, lovely beach. Very well equipped, and great outdoor areas. Rasmus was very accommodating and provided us all necessary info for a great stay. Definitively recommend."

"This property is amazing for those who want to sit back and relax The villa consists of two bedrooms downstairs that can get hot, a large sitting room / dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items...

"Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Inneneinrichtung ist eher alt und die Schränke riechen muffig. Pool ist schön, liegt ca 2km außerhalb Binisalem. Matrazen sind alt; insgesamt eher überteuert"
