"Hotel muy bien situado y con un personal muy agradable y colaborador. Localizado en la calle principal pero sin así muy tranquilo. Cerca de bares y supermercados. Habitación amplia con un gran balcón a la calle principal pero muy bien insonorizado. Personal muy atento. James habla español y te ofrece toda la informacion que necesitas. Desayuno correcto. "

"The door to my room did not lock automatically when the door closed but had to be locked manually from the outside with the key card and there was no way to lock it from inside the room: I was told this was a "feature" the hotel used for certain ski groups (but I wasn't in such a group). As a result, I left my room inadvertently unlocked for a whole day. There's no real security for left luggage: anyone can walk into the lounge area and take your bag. The bed was comfortable and the hot water...

"We have visited Saas Fee over 60 years. Although we have rented chalets, their property is great with sumptuous breakfast and attentive staff."
