Features central AC/Heat (VERY rare in San Clemente), 2 free parking spots (1 in garage + 1 in driveway), 2 HDTV's, Fast WIFI, standup work desk, full kitchen, building washer/dryer (paid via app), shared backyard with seating and BBQ, and easy self check in/out. The Space:
You will have our entire 700 sqft property all to yourself. It is on the 2nd floor of our 2 story triplex.

Bedrooms and Bedding:
King pillowtop bed in the master bedroom and both living room sofas convert into comfortable full size beds. There are extra sheets,comforters & pillows for the sofa beds.

AC/Heat
Central AC and heat throughout the home (one of the only properties by our beach to have AC)

Parking:
You will have 2 reserved parking spots in our driveway. (1 in garage + 1 in front of the garage)
Overnight parking is also available on some streets in our neighborhood. There are signs posted regarding street parking regulations.

Televisions & Entertainment:
2 Smart HDTV's that stream network and cable channels with Youtube TV. The TV's are also all connected to our Netflix account.

WIFI
Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.
WIFI Speed: Upload 10 mbps: download 200 mbps. (speed will vary depending on number of devices connected to WIFI)

Kitchen & Cooking:
Fully remodeled kitchen that comes with large and small appliances and stocked with many of the essentials.

We are near the intersection of Avenida Del Mar & Calle Seville. You will literally be steps away to the best restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in the city. The walk down to the beach and the Pier is about 5 minutes (4 blocks away).

Getting Around:
Walking distance to so many places.

LYFT: The best way to get around if you're not walking or driving is via Lyft. Lyft is an App on your phone that let you order a private upscale taxi and have it arrive within minutes to wherever you are. All payments are automatic and you can see where your taxi is at all times. Perfect home close to the beach and shops
My son and I stayed here August 11-14, 2023, and it was perfect for our needs! Our hosts, Dave and Bianca, were amazing - they got back to us almost immediately and were genuinely caring and attentive. The home is located about a 7-minute walk from the beach and shopfronts, and it presents exactly as it appears on the website: very clean and modern with a spacious living area. My bed was super comfortable and my (6 ft 2") son loved being able to stretch out on one of the two high-quality double sleeper sofas. Other than its prime location, the little "extras" that made our holiday perfect were having plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, two TVs, internet, and, of course, A/C (which is always welcome after a long day at the beach!). We didn't use the back yard, but we did use our cute balcony. The other amenities we really appreciated were the digital access - no keys to worry about losing at the beach (!) - and being able to park our car out of the heat in a cool garage. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in San Clemente. Thank you for a lovely holiday. :)

Great location for us. Would stay again.
The property was clean and having air conditioning in that area is not common, but something I was looking for. Bring your converter if you have anything you need to plug in that has 3 prongs. I think we were able to find one 3-prong outlet in the kitchen, but nowhere else in the house. Close to the beach and just off of the main street with shopping and restaurants in San Clemente made the location great. 4 stars rather than 5 for little things like not having enough toilet paper and bath towels for the length of our stay and smelling a bit musty when we checked in (like a vacant home that had been closed up for a long time, but it went away). The furnishings were adequate, but not cozy and the leafy green "stay with Dave" wall is a bit weird. But, with that said, it was clean and very large! We would book again.

Cozy Apartment Stay
Great place to stay, perfect for a couples getaway! Prompt responses from the stay with Dave staff! Beautiful view from the balcony of the houses up on the hill and within walking distance to the ocean and beach! There is also a lot of places within walking distance if you didn’t want to drive around or worry about parking! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, very home like feeling and very cozy comfortable stay!
