Cosy Studio ubicado en la ubicación más deseable en Pacific Beach, North PB. Playa de turmalina y Surf Park a solo 2 ½ cuadras de distancia. Ubicado en un vecindario residencial tranquilo, a poca distancia de excelentes restaurantes, bares, cafeterías, supermercados y Bird Rock (la Jolla); Lo suficientemente lejos del ajetreo, pero lo suficientemente cerca como para disfrutarlo.

El estudio es de alta gama y está bien equipado. Se completa con un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y DVD, Wi-Fi, Direct TV, cocina completamente equipada, mesa de comedor, cómoda, colchón Queen cómodo, futón de cuero convertible (sábanas frescas incluidas), luz del cielo y lo esencial de la playa! ¡Encontrarás todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de la playa! Sillas de playa, toallas limpias, 2 tablas de surf y una tabla de surf de espuma suave, con una ducha al aire libre (con agua tibia) para enjuagarse después de un día en la playa.

Cozy and Comfortable
I was there for a tournament and the location was perfect, the commute was easy and direct. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was a challenge nightly but other than that my stay was great! We felt safe walking back to the house even when we had to park far away. Thank you.

Perfect for a weekend getaway.
This little place was exactly what they advertised it to be. It’s little, but perfect for a single person or couple wanting to get away for a few days. The only thing that I’d recommend is getting there VERY EARLY on a week day if possible for parking. You must park on the street, and there is terrible parking availability close to the property unless you get there when people are leaving for work. With that written, once you park, everything you need is within walking distance! I highly recommend ‘Latitude 32’, a little bar and grill right down the street.

Perfect bungalow in PB
If you like relaxed vacationing in a neat place with great kitchen and private little patio for meals, as well as being in a nice quiet neighbourhood close to the beach, look no further. Great location- perfect for 1 person
Great location near Tourmaline surfing beach. Property has just about everything you could need for your stay. I was there for 1.5 months and overall was satisfied with my stay. Best suited for a single or couple. There is noise from the main house with moving furniture that sometimes goes on much later than desired, even though there are quiet hours. They need to put a rug or furniture sliders under the furniture/bar stools in the adjacent house to alleviate the excessive noise. The noise is very dependent on who is staying in the main house. Most people are quiet. Over my 1.5 months I had about 10 nights of very noisy neighbors moving furniture around late at night. There are also a fair bit of daddy long leg spiders that will share your space. They don't bother anything (and are harmless) but it's worth noting if you have a fear of spiders. The groundskeepers are very nice and take care of any issues that come up. Also, having a bikes and surfboards were a nice bonus. I had my own board and there was space for storage outside. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Our Honeymoon Highlight
My wife and I recently stayed here for several nights during our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! The studio is stocked with everything we needed to cook and clean. We loved walking down to the beach to watch countless surfers catch waves. The sunsets were beautiful. When we weren’t at the beach we were exploring what San Diego has to offer ( which is a lot). It was an amazing experience. :)

Unbelievable location and Cozy Stay
Richard and Team's studio offers a one of a kind location in North PB only a few blocks from Tourmaline beach and featuring everything you'd really need including amenities like bikes and surfboards. Would recommend to anyone traveling solo or as a couple looking to take advantage of the San Diego beach

Beach getaway
Place was very clean and comfortable. Had lots of beach extras, chairs, towels, boards etc. kitchen nicely stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to beaches. Only disadvantage is parking. If you drive or rent a car be prepared to park far from rental or hunt for a spot. Same issue if you want to drive to the beach. Parking is an issue at beaches.

I had an amazing time! I loved my little tiny home. It was a great location. San Diego is a beautiful place. When I return to San Diego, I would rent this same space. I just loved it!

We arrived at check in time to a cute clean studio. Perfect for two people. If you have a pet or pets staying with you, make sure they are small, as it is pretty tight quarters. The neighborhood is quite and perfectly located near the Pacific Beach area. Not far from the beach, with several restaurants within walking distance. Not far from beautiful La Jolla. We would recommend this rental, if looking for a quaint place to stay,

We had a great time. Thé studio is confortable and you get anywhere walking or riding bicycle if you dont want To take your car. La Jolla je probably the best place To be in San Diego!

Great Location & N’hood! Too Loud!
The small, yet comfortable renovated garage suite was clean and well suited for our needs. The location and proximity to transit & the beach was very good. The neighbourhood and businesses were very friendly and helpful. There were two issues that we had. The two bicycles were in dire need of repair and unsafe to use. (Loose handlebars & very warped tire). Secondly, and the reason we would not stay here again is the noise. As the garage is attached to the main house with the main living area very close to the head of the bed, we were kept up late (10-12pm) with walking and talking. Walls are very thin & the bed slides out from under the other units main living area. Thus we are almost sleeping 2ft under the houses floors. We were also awoken very early, 5:30-7AM each day for the same reason. Again, great area but the other units noise would stop us from recommending it or staying here again.

Perefect Stay for Two!
The property offered a delightful experience, especially for two people who were coming to California for the first time. We did not have to contact the owner/manager one single time and everything went seamless. The area is in a highly desirable location with a decent amount of walkability to local shops, restaurants and Pacific Beach. It's also a short drive to La Jolla, Downtown San Diego and many other local areas/attractions. I would highly recommend this stay to any group of two people looking to maximize their San Diego experience!

Great location, comfortable apartment, excellent use of space, but thin walls
Apartment was clean, comfortable and made great use of compact space. Our major complaint was being awoke by our neighbors in the "big house" attached at around 5 a.m. one morning. They and their children were quite loud (no indoor voices) and I had to get out of bed at 5:45 to ask them to keep it down. There were other more minor noise level issues with these neighbors, but not as bad. As much as we love children (we have 2) we don't like to be woken up at 5 a.m. by anyone. We blame the guests next door in part, but we feel better care might have been given to sound insulation. Finally, we don't appreciate the bribe of 10% discount offered by Norwood's for a 5 star review. That almost brought the review down to 3 stars, but this property was very nice except for noise level next door, thus 4 stars.
