It's always Summer here, what a beach life!

A small studio, has a queen bed with a memory foam top, equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, a silent air conditioner, a ceiling fan, Cable TV with a terrace and near to Ocean Park Beach, the best beach in this area! Just steps to Loiza street, called Calle Loiza by locals and tourists, where you find all kinds of restaurants, bars, and all kinds of stores. This area is loved by locals and also by tourists because they find everything in the street strip of Calle Loiza, they also mix with the locals and have more fun and much better prices than the very touristic area of Condado and Isla Verde, (we are also known as "the new Condado").
Parking is in front of the property, in the street; my guess never had had any problem finding a spot in the street to park and 99% will always find in front of our property.
