We have restaurants nearby at Las Croabas, Sardineras with local and internacional food. In front also at Puerto del Rey. Activities to do in Fajardo Playa los Macho is about nine minutes in car, Seven seas beach about 20 minutes. Also have Bioluminiscent Bay, Icacos Island, Coqui Waterpark at el Conquistador Hotel and a Natural Reserv Cabezas of San Juan. El Yunque Rainforest el about 30 minutes.

The Best House Guest Ruben
I am really impressed with the quality of the house guest. He provided clear directions to the home on the first night. Also, he was very patient explaining over the phone all the details such as where the air conditioner control was located etc. The house was very clean with perfect ocean and marina views. The furnitite is very comfortable. The bed in the master was superb and comfy and it fits bigger sized people. This owner is definitely a super host. I will definitely rent this house again. Thank You

It was very beautiful the pictures doesn't do it justice. The host was warm welcoming and didn't bother us at all Offered to help in any way he could. Me and my family loved it. Waking up to the beautiful ocean view was amazing very clean property. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again if ever in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. Thank you for everything!!!

16 year anniversary
The gated community getting in and out was very interesting. when we checked out we had to wait for a car to leave so we could get out of the gate because the password didn’t work for half an hour and the office was closed. But we didn't let that ruin our anniversary. The sunrises are amazing. Would stay there again😎

Beautiful home and view
Everything about the property was amazing. The home, the view, the neighborhood all far exceeded expectations. Ruben was a wonderful host and a pleasure to talk to. The only suggestion I would make is to make the check-in process a little easier. Instructions were not clear and it was very confusing. Other than that slight hiccup, everything was amazing. Would highly recommend!!!!

Beautiful view, excellent location as we wanted to be close to Puerto del Rey. Enjoyed the house as weather was not good for sailing. Host was very friendly and helpful, quick response always.

Great place - poor communication
The house was beautiful, had everything we need - more than enough space with the two kids' rooms! We were here to dive and we were 3 minutes from the marina. The view from the house over the marina and water was stunning. However, communication with the host was almost impossible. We did not get any information on check-in prior to arriving, even after several voicemail and messages through VRBO.site/app. We waited at the gate for 40 minutes before hearing from Reuben. Everything else went fine, and in general, we're fine not interacting during our stay with the owner .

Christmas break in puerto rico
This house is very clean, convenient with a fabulous view. There was plenty of room for us, the pool was a little chilly at first, but we still got in. When it rained we sat under the deck where there is enough room for more than just us. Ruben is a great host and very helpful. We can't wait to come back. The house is away from San juan so there isn't a much hustle.

2nd visit…hopefully more to come.
House was even better to stay at 2nd time around, some nice improvements have been made. House suited us just right, location and amenities. Best part was eating dinner each night across the way at La Cueva Del Mar, they have some of the best prepared food and drink. Carabali park for activities, and Loquillo beach and kioskos, great to spend the days at, about 20 mins away. Waking up with the sunrise in view every morning was so breathtaking. Getting to sit on the balcony to watch the boats come in and out of the port was cool. Overall the house is perfectly located and very inviting. Thank you Ruben for another great stay. Happy holidays!

Amazing
A fantastic stay! There is nothing like waking to a beautiful sunrise in the morning over the ocean witnessed from the comfort of your own bed or your own private balcony sipping Puerto Rican coffee. My only issues was the stalled communication in the beginning to access the property. I have rented properties before numerous times and typically you get all info a few days before. Once that was established it was fantastic. The host was very friendly. I would highly recommend this property and I will be back.

The best view in Fajardo
The house is located in the most beautiful hill, within distance of Sevens Seas beach (15-18 min) and port to take the ferry to go to Culebra/Vieques (10 min). Panoramic ocean view is 10 stars from the balcony and pool. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Ruben for hosting us.

Enchanting!
Property was beautiful, the views were so breathtaking and very relaxing. We hope to definitely rent this property again. The pool was fun and very convenient. Ruben was very helpful and easy to reach if needed. Thank you to Ruben, my husband and I shared a very belated honeymoon, and long overdue getaway.
