This is a place for family & friends to gather, enjoy, and relax. We have devoted a lot of love and effort into creating a thoughtfully designed space for you. And we want you to feel special being here. Because you are.

Our 8 unit property offers a gated courtyard. With one assigned off-street car park. Additional street parking runs parallel to the front of the building.

In addition to common exterior space, your place provides the following: There are 2-bedrooms; The Goat Room, offers a king size bed. And The India Room, offers 2 single beds. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room, comfy chairs, and a 55” tele. The kitchen has an eat-in dining nook and breakfast bar. Along with Reverse Osmosis filtered drinking water, a Keurig Coffee maker, with recyclable pods, an ice machine, appliances, and other amenities. The bathroom is new. But it’s not as spacious as most people dream about. The shower has a glass door & wall. If you are taking a shower, and someone “Really can’t wait.” - there is a custom made shower curtain you can close for privacy.

We are centrally located, and within walking distance to local restaurants, our best beaches, museums, SB Zoo, aquarium, Funk Zone, Montecito, & parks.
