Welcome to our beautiful Pueblo-style Santa Fe home, a recently remodeled gem that seamlessly blends traditional charm with modern comforts. This inviting one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat boasts new flooring, a stylishly updated bathroom, and contemporary cabinetry and countertops. The authentic Adobe work adds to its unique character, making it the perfect haven for your stay.

Step inside to find a cozy and well-appointed space designed with your comfort in mind, perfect for relaxing evenings. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV. The laptop-friendly workspace ensures that you can keep up with any remote work needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, along with all the necessary cookware, dishes, and silverware to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee or a delightful BBQ on the patio or balcony, complete with a grill for your culinary adventures.

Our home is ideal for families, offering amenities such as a Pack n Play/travel crib, room-darkening shades, and being suitable for infants and children. - Accidental Damage Protection Every stay at Irvie Homes comes with peace of mind, featuring up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection.
Coverage Details:
Protected: Accidental damage to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $3,000.
Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.

Mail Delivery: USPS does not regularly deliver mail to the home. Guests are encouraged to obtain a PO box from the post office or use FedEx or UPS for urgent deliveries. We are not responsible for package delivery or any issues with late packages arriving after your departure.

Parking: There are 2 parking spaces, vehicles larger than and f-150 may not be able to park on premise.

Trash: Trash gets taken to the entrance and put in front near the mailboxes facing out towards the street. Trash day is Tuesday. Best to put the trash out Monday evening.

HVAC: This property is equipped with an in-wall heater in the master bedroom and 2 window installed cooling units for to the home. The authentic adobe build is very energy efficient keeping the home warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. The living room has a Kiva fireplace but is not currently working. The thermostat, which controls the heating settings, is conveniently located to the left of the closet.

Restricted Areas: Please kindly note that the HVAC systems, including the in-wall heater and window coolers, are not to be operated in areas where they are not installed. This includes outdoor areas and bathrooms. Any tampering with the HVAC system in these areas could result in damage and potential safety hazards.

Disclaimer: The cooling systems in this property are designed to cool the home up to 20 degrees lower than the outside temperature. All HVAC systems have their limitations.

Pets: No pets are allowed at the property.

House Rules:
• No local guests are allowed to book within 50 miles of property.
• Must be 25 years of age to book.
• Please no shoes inside the house.
• Guests must complete Check-In Form and agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quiet hours 9pm to 8am.
• No smoking of cannabis or tobacco, vaping, or consuming illegal substances of any kind on property.
• No parties or events.
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• The occupancy limit is 2 people.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
• Reservations over 30 days may require a security deposit.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it.
• The Guest agrees to report any issues at home to the Host immediately.
• The outdoor grill is available for use. Please be sure to turn off propane, clean and cover after use.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware anti-party device or similar devices at the home.


- Gatherings are not allowed. PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORS. Any reports to the police will not be tolerated. If the police are contacted, we too are contacted. This will result in your stay being terminated with no refund. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time in our home but do not want to put our home or neighbors at risk.

Covid and other Communicable Diseases Restrictions

• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.

Fantastic stay!

We visited Santa Fe for a quick girls' weekend away and had a great stay at this home. Extremely clean, great amenities, and an even better location. Driveway was a little tricky, but that's because we had a large vehicle. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend!
