In addition to the main villa’s large shared spaces, each wing has its own comfortable living area. On the main floor, you’ll find an office with a spacious desk, while the 2nd-floor wing has a family room with hundreds of books, a kiva-style fireplace, and a welcoming sectional, wet bar, as well as direct access to some of the property’s many balconies with million-dollar views.
Unwind in the games room on the lower level, which has its own pool table, relaxed seating area, and flat-screen TV as well as walk-out access to the serene grounds.

This kitchen is well-suited to cooking for groups, owing to its additional pantry space with microwave, ice machine, extra dishwasher, and a range of coffee prep options including a Keurig, and drip. You’ll find all the plates, glasses, and cookware you need here, and a dining suite with seating for 8 and unique hand-wrought iron pendant light.
Just next door to the kitchen is the formal dining room. Each suite has its own high-end bath with soaker tub, step-in shower, or both. There are an additional 4 baths in the villa.
