"Property was more beautiful in person, but overall as described. The pool was warm, we spent hours in it day and night. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were very communicative and connected us to reliable transport to and from the airport as well as golf carts to get us around and up the steep hill. We had an amazing time, would recommend. "Lovely casitas just a few blocks from the beach! The hut had everything we needed, and the owner was extremely responsive and communicative. The only challenge we had was the house next door had parties two nights in a row, including a live band with just a wall separating us (it was like we were in a club but in bed). I wouldn't anticipate this would happen every night esp Sun-Thurs but noting it may get loud on the weekend just in case you're not party people."

"Great place to stay close to town. Easy to navigate anywhere from here. A bit noisy at night but with the fan on high in the bedroom it drowns out the town noises and keeps the rooms cool. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and helped us out with whatever we needed. We would stay here again for sure!! Thanks for the great experience. "

"First, this is a quaint hacienda, with all of the local flavor that you could possibly ask for. It’s really close to the beach, let’s call it 3 blocks. All well and good right?Nope, the property manager told us that there was a local Festival in town but FAILED to tell us that the fairgrounds was like 50’ from the front door. The vendors started putting up their tents on like the 2nd day we were there blocking the entire street including our front door. The Festival started that evening and...

"Can’t believe we got to stay on the beach for this price! The property is so unique and we’ll cherish the memories forever.We were a little surprised by how easily outside critters could access the property - they were in each night going through garbage, hot water and shower products were also on the light side for the price point, but otherwise great!"

"Stayed for a week for our kid's spring break. Spent a lot of time at the pool and beach. Property is in a great location and walkable to everything. Its north of the main Sayulita beach where it starts to become less crowded. Crowds were not an issue. We didn't need to rent a golf cart but there is parking available if needed.
