Overall good hotel, the only two problems were noise late in the night from a bar nearby and we also found a live cockroach in our room.

Check in process was very quick at the hotel and overall condition is very good with an excellent reception, breakfast and foyer area. The bedrooms are also of a good size.

Good: a short walk from train station, a short walk to old town, relativelky inexpensive by Munich standards, hot and high pressure shower, very friendly front desk and customer service, EXCELLENT restaurant (the restaurant is highly recommended.) Bad: room wasn't very clean (the walls could have used a wash), the shower door seal leaked (and had to be blocked with a towel to avoid the entire bathroom floor being flooded), no air conditioning (room was very hot, only a small fan is provided), only one pillow provided per person and no ability to call down to front desk, very noisy (room backed onto beer garden which had loud conversation late at night) and located in a somewhat "dicey" area (strip clubs along the street). If this hotel was half the price, it would be reasonable value, but I didn't think it was good value for money and I would not stay again - but I would definitely go to the restaurant.

Excellent property close to the main railway station. Room is small, but has everything you need - and we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Unfortunately we didn't realize this property had no air conditioning and it was a heat wave during our first 2 days. Did not feel safe leaving the window open since the fire escape was right outside. Also could see directly into other people's rooms. Location was convenient to main train HBF which was helpful unfortunately alot of construction going on. I don't think this property is for children as the red light district is just around the corner. However, there was coffee shop directly across the street and convenient store next door. I would not stay here again.
