Great location and marsh view!
We spent a lot of time on the screened porch enjoying the sights and sounds of the marsh. The bike riding and beaches were wonderful! Our only difficulty was getting our second car registered to get a pass. The young man apologized and said it was a new way of doing it and they were having some glitches. We really enjoyed the pizza at La Tella in Freshfields and the brisket at Lewis Barbecue in Charleston.

Good for a short stay
The property was on beautiful Seabrook Island in a good location. The property itself was ok - dated and in need of some updating. Pretty clean. There was a rather large hole cut out of the drywall in the "master" bathroom. The upstairs area gets extremely hot (the only air vent I saw up there was in the kitchen). The downstairs gets nice and cool. The kids bathroom water only gets warm in the sink, the bathtub wasn't even luke warm so that was challenging. Overall, not a bad stay but wouldn't want to be there for more than a few days!

Nice clean condo with no access to amenities of the island.
The condo is nice, but it is on a very exclusive island. While the condo listing does state that it doesn't come with an amenity card to visit the island club and pool, I thought for sure we would be given the option to purchase a day pass - as other properties offer this. When I called the Seabrook Club they informed me that this condo was not elegible to enter the club - period. A little too exclusive for my taste. We felt unwelcome on an island we paid to stay on.

Beautiful Neighborhood
We were not informed that there were two stories. Glad we didn’t have anyone with a wheel chair. Furniture in photos does not match what was in property. You can tell management is not keeping the property up to the standards it should., including cleanliness. This is a very affluent neighborhood and the inside of the property is beat up. Definitely could use some nicer furniture- a keurig and please inform people this is a property with many stairs as that is definitely an issue. I sent concerns to management and was told they would look into it. If they addressed all concerns I sent - it would be a fabulous place to stay- again great location!!!

A lovely place to unwind
It would have been nice to know that the TV room and kitchen were upstairs. One guest has terrible knees and difficulty climbing stairs. Also, the information about our Creekwatch location talked a lot about the ease of seeing dolphins feed in the morning. We tried and tried to go to the described locations to no avail. The WiFi information provided is in the guest packet wasn’t working for us either. Lastly, we couldn’t open the lower key door outside. But overall the stay was comfortable, the porches were a pleasure and the air conditioning felt nice. Thank you! We’ll be back!

Good location and great view of the marsh. I appreciate that we could bring our dogs. There are good areas to walk from the condo. The master bed was not comfortable. The sofa was not comfortable either. I understand that there is more wear when dogs are allowed but this sofa definitely needs to be replaced.

Great pet friendly villa
We had a great time here and would stay again. The furniture is dated but that made me feel more comfortable about having dogs there although we brought plenty of sheets and blankets with us to cover the furniture so that they wouldn't mess up the furniture. Some of the outlets didn't work in the main bedroom and bathroom which was inconvenient but is something they could fix easily. Only other issue is that even though in the description of the villa it says "no Seabrook Club Access," if you have never been there and don't know what that is, it's misleading to have pictures of the club in the listing without a note on those photos that says you don't have access to that unless you pay $30 / day. I was disappointed to learn that after I had already paid the deposit. Vacasa did offer to let me choose another location but it was too late to find something that would accommodate dogs over 25lbs. The community pool ended up being just fine for us, it was a very short walk and there was hardly anyone there. We often had the pool to ourselves. Overall, I'm very appreciative that this place allowed larger dogs and is open to more than 2 dogs with approval. It was the deciding factor for us.

Long weekend at Seabrook
Condo was OK did not have amenity card so cannot play golf could not go to cabana Bar at beach. Communication with owners wasn’t very good did not know how I was going to check in until the day before arrival. Password for Internet wasn’t correct had to figure that out.

Cleanliness, broken features, and a sliding glass door that will lock you out if you're all alone.
The carpets upstairs didn't seem to be cleaned and the refrigerator was a little whoa. The couch bed was broken taking the property down to 3 beds versus the 4 described in the listing. The couches and chairs seemed pretty unkempt either. There's a huge hole in one of the cushions that was just flipped over to hide it. I had to make a bed out of them on the floor so my daughter had a place to sleep! The coffee maker door was broken but we were still able to make coffee. Finally, the sliding glass door would lock you out if you leave it in the locked position and close the door from the outside. That could put someone stuck out on the porch if they don't have a phone. Otherwise the location, security, and admin were amazing at Seabrook! We'd definitely visit the location again but get a place that offers club access even if you have to pay the $30/day. It would be worth it!

Beautiful View Filthy Home
We stayed at 1245 Creek Watch Trace in Seabrook Island, Sc over the weekend. The area is absolutely gorgeous but we were incredibly disappointed with the condos cleanliness, safety and upkeep. We received a call to see how our check in was which was a really nice touch. I let your team member know that we had a major safety concern with the rotting moldy porch that my husbands foot went through. She was very kind and then followed back up with us saying the contractor was aware it was safe- which is absolutely not the case. If one of my children stepped there their leg would have gone all the way through and they would have been seriously injured. We were told there was a grill and brought food to grill the night we got there. As you can see from the attached photos the grill was vile and not useable. This condo didn’t just have the occasional dust, it was absolutely filthy. Mold in air vents, blood on bedding, dirty and grime in every corner, dog hair all over the carpet, food mess from the previous renters in the oven and on the fridge, multiple layers of grime and bugs under the beds, the outside area was littered with trash that had clearly been there a long time and I could go on and on. We are incredibly disappointed and this property needs some serious cleaning and care.

The management company was tough to get a hold of until we arrived. They do not use the app which made it difficult. Once I got in touch, the person I spoke with was super helpful and polite. The place itself is clean and great location.

Needs much maintenance on the inside.
Kitchen window shade broken; bedroom plugin not working; numerous floor tiles broken; DVD player didn't work; light bulb burned out in entryway; living room curtain rods pulled out of walls; dirty kitchen garbage can; loudness of outside painting crew hammering every week day; kitchen window painted shut; cockroaches and silverfish present; patio doors not working properly; poor screen repair on porch; not enough teaspoons.

Very worn.
We were greeted by a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor and a live bug in guest room's dresser drawer. The porch screens were full of holes and generally torn at the edges. The rips that were repaired were done in such a way as to not be able to see clearly to the marsh.The overhead light in the living room was broken and made it hard to see at night. The dining area furniture and the coffee table in the living room were too big for the space making it very hard to get around.

Great location and view, but the property could definitely use some repair.
We had a great time here, but the villa is a bit worn and in need of some repairs: porch screens, kitchen light, curtain rod and hole in the wall in living room, broken floor tiles in the bathroom, the garbage can area is a mess with weeds, etc. It could be so nice with some TLC.
