Great for short stay w/o Car
Clean, comfortable and convenient to coffee shops and light rail. Street parking is very crowded at night. The master bedroom on third floor is great with sunlight and comfortable bed. Ground floor bedroom with two twin beds is sparse but beds are comfortable. Somewhat challenging to find as the unit is in the rear of complex down a long concrete walkway.

Very nice place
Before booking I contacted the host to see if I could drop off suitcases at the place before check in. We were taking a red eye. He said yes and I booked. I emailed and texted the days before check-in no response. Check-in instructions were wrong. We couldn't get in to the place.which was Frustrating and cold. The place was as described. The apartment was nice. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of amenities.centrally located to spend the holiday. There's a park walking distance. Cons:The place was clean for the most part. the towels and bathroom had hair from the previous guest.Lots of stairs. The area is short of parking spaces.

Good location for family vacation, w/ young adult children, to mix city life with hiking. Walk to light rail and grocery store is huge. The place is adequately furnished and equipped. Agency contact quickly responded to a couple of hiccups during our stay. On-street parking is tight, but doable. There is a parking garage a block away if needed.

Close to light rail, noisy area, ants but would stay here again
This is really close to Othello Station. The area is safe enough for me to walk with my little girl at night, the off-leash pit bull at 11pm was obviously very chill and not a threat. The neighbors are unfortunately loud in the vicinity (local residents) and there was consistently someone making noise until the early morning (3am or later). The interior was exceptionally clean: I couldn't find dust anywhere! That said, there was about 100 ants we had to deal with in the kitchen, inside cabinets, on the counter, and on the floor. This was probably a result of the previous rental, and we were able to talk our guest contact (property manager) about it. They wouldn't provide any remedies even when I asked, so we just avoided having food in the place entirely. The mattresses were top notch, linens actually soft and comfortable, and a A/C units in the 3rd floor bedroom and main floor (kitchen/living). My daughter appreciated the bathtub on the 1st floor and streamed Netflix using our account in the 2nd floor living room. Her towels were still damp but there were plenty upstairs. The washer and dryer on the 3rd floor was nice to have available. We liked the park across the street, even if we saw an SUV go "off-road" on the pedestrian trail there. Check-in and check-out were really easy, but give it an hour to gather sheets/towels and take out trash, to be safe. I was fine with the 2 flights of stairs from entrance to main bedroom, but make sure that wouldn't bother you.

Nice stay, not enough cups!
Would recommend this place! The stay was nice, but when we arrived all the towels, while hung nicely, were extremely wet. They weren’t even close to dry! We threw them all into the dryer immediately, I expect they ran out of time cleaning. A pod type coffee maker was available but there were only 2 disposable paper coffee cups, and there were four tiny child’s sized plastic cups. We went and bought some so we could feel more free, but it seemed silly since there were only 4 of us. Otherwise lovely!!

Convenient and comfortable
We have family that lives a few blocks away and this property is just what we need. In the past, our stays while visiting have been either very expensive or 1/2 hour away. This is very homelike, comfortable, quiet, clean and relaxing. I can’t wait to stay again.

It was comfortable and close to where our son lives. We didn't bring a car because he told us parking is not easy and I could certainly see it is not. The neighborhood does seem to have a fair amount of drug activity going on, which I didn't feel comfortable with.
