You and your guests will have a memorable experience in our quiet, cozy and perfectly-located home in West Sedona near shops restaurants and hiking trails. Our pet & family friendly 2-bedroom home offers comfort and convenience, quiet outdoor picnic space….and views of Thunder Mountain from the living room! Great for a hikers, bikers, families travelling with kids. Should your group need more space you could rent both units with the lower level unit (one bedroom studio with full kitchen)—just inquire with us!

Perfect for us!
We enjoyed the comfortable beds after driving over 4 days from Tucson. Everything was organized and we enjoyed just relaxing on comfortable couch. Grants Pass is a small cute town and we wish we could have more time to explore.

A nice stay in a great location
The two-bedroom unit was very clean and simple - no clutter which I appreciated it and no carpets which I look for. I slept in the king bed which was very comfortable. My sister-in-law had the queen bed which she said was on the softer side. The location was very convenient to many hiking spots and grocery stores. The kitchen does need some additional items to be fully functional. For example, there's one knife. An inventory should be done and missing items supplemented. I also suggest a mattress cover on the king bed. I brought my own in case there wasn't one and I did use it for sanitary reasons. I would stay here again as the space for comfortable for our purposes and the unit was clean.

Good Times!
Had a lovely stay in West Sedona, great location close to all the hiking trails and amenities, beautiful mountain and sunrise view out front, beds were very comfortable, the included Red Rock Park Pass was great to be able to use. House was very clean and updated and there was plenty of hot water for 4 showers. We hiked every day and the rental was always a great place to come back to. Great communication all around with host, I highly recommend it!

Great views convenient location
My family and I (2 adults/3 children ages 12-17) spent 4 days in this upper duplex unit. The unit is exactly as show in pics—great views and super convenient to downtown Sedona and tons of trails. We very much appreciated how the unit was stocked with everything we could need from laundry soap to kitchen wares. The host was super friendly and we loved the easy peasy check-in and especially the easy checkout—just a few simple requests like placing trash outside, no stripping of beds and doing laundry or anything of that sort. Would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is that this unit is probably best suited for up to 4 adults and 2 children. There are 2 beds plus a toddler cot and large blow up mattress which worked great for our teenager!

Beautiful view!
This reviews the upper level portion of the house. The view out of the living room is gorgeous! Mountains and red rock everywhere. The house is close to downtown but not too close as it is very busy. The owners truly take great care to make sure things are comfortable.

A great quiet neighborhood and a spacious, clean home that was a pleasure to stay in. Everything we needed to be able to relax, cook, hang out and enjoy the spectacular scenery was spot on. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Would book this again for sure!!

Great location
My wife and I just stayed in Sedona for 4 days during our trip to Arizona. This was an affordable option that allowed us to cook, do laundry and have a comfortable bed to sleep in. The location is 10 minutes from the major hikes, and 10 minutes from the “uptown” area. It was clean, the owners were communicative and kind. Perfect for what we needed. Definitely would recommend. They also supply you with a red rock pass to use for the Sedona hiking area!

Spring break getaway
The listing and property really did earn a five star rating. It’s not a brand new house by any means but has been well maintained and updated. The only negatives: it just has one bathroom but that really wasn’t a problem since we all cooperated. The only other thing was that they could use another layer of gravel on the path from the driveway to the front door to help avoid dragging in mud during wet weather.

Simple 2BR w/Easy Access
The place is right off the main road in West Sedona and a stone's throw away from my favorite post ride food at Famous Pizza. The place has ample parking, an outside area you can bbq, and the host easily gave us additional access to the garage to store our mountain bikes instead of having to bring them in the house. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to clean up our dirty gear and the checkout process was super simple. They also had a parking pass for the different trailheads around Sedona and a welcome packet that would answer some questions for people in town for thier first time. Be aware it's only one bathroom, so if you are a group you'll definitely be a little bottlenecked there. Aside from the kitchen sink being a little unique, the place was perfect and for the price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Beautiful Location
Located in a small, quiet, neighborhood full of trees, this place was perfect. Still close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. Easy, short distance drive to all we wanted to do during our week. Clean and comfortable with a red rock mountain view from living room and kitchen. Well stocked kitchen made food prep/cleanup easy and quick. So helpful to have washer and dryer, also. Greatly appreciated the Red Rock pass which we used for entrance to two heritage sites. Owners were in touch and available.

Perfect spot for a stay in Sedona
Property has all you could want from a 2 bedroom let in the area. Good trails to explore nearby, convenient for shops. Sedona is a stunningly beautiful area with lenty to do. Also within reach of the grand canyon. Slight hiccup when arrived and cleaning still needed but owner acted promptly to resolve the situation, which is all you can ask for in such a situation. Would recommend to anyone. Highlight of our US trip.

Perfect Sedona getaway
Great apartment, spacious kitchen and living room, very well equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona, just a short drive away from many trails (e.g. Soldiers Pass, Devils Bridge, Boynton Canyon,Bear Mountain). Beautiful red rock views from the living room and nice outdoor area as well. Brooke & Tim were great at communicating prior to and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend & would book again for our next Sedona trip!

Beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood close to everything!
The Upper Level Duplex was perfect for our stay in Sedona! Beautiful views from both the kitchen and living room areas. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet a close drive to hiking, shopping, and dinners out. The duplex itself was very nice, clean and very comfortable beds! Tim and Brooke were wonderful to work with and were always available. Our Sedona vacation was amazing, just what we needed and we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
