"The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. However, there really wasn’t anyplace to unpack and store clothing, which made it more difficult to navigate the small space. The shower was great, but the towels were flimsy. The staff were always helpful. We had lunch in the bar one afternoon, which was delicious, although the seafood chowder should have been hotter. We appreciated the parking discount, but rolling heavy bags along the city streets in the rain was exhausting after the drive....

"The staff were very helpful and the food at the restaurant was really tasty, great value and good portion size. Our room was really well laid out, with a mini fridge, a lovely large bathtub/shower combo with great pressure and lots of hot water. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had the best sleeps."

"The room was exactly what I needed, typical European small shower to be expected. Good location for walking and great Scon place across the street for a quick breakfast before grabbing a tour (a 4 minute walk to Wild Atlantic Tours). "

"This was a last minute booking so not much available in Galway. Hotel was average at best for the cost. Room decor needs an upgrade. Please note, rooms aren’t air conditioned and ours was really warm considering Galway temps didn’t get above 15 C. "

"Hotel is spotless clean and still feels new. Decor is modern and tasteful, breakfast is lovely and provides for a varied healthy and full Irish breakfast, Galway is a short walk away and there are nice run routes nearby. Hotel is particularly handy for rugby stadium. Only thing it lacks is gym facilities but there are lovely run routes to make up for this"
