"Like the other reviewer said, it's really a tale of two halves: the pre-arrival communication was lacking but the property itself was super. After making the reservation I got an email and text asking me to complete a Move In form. I had a question about the form, emailed the contact and got an immediate answer back. So far so good, but then I emailed the form back to the contact and nothing. The next day I got another email and text asking for the form so I tried again and still nothing....

"We were in town for my mother’s birthday and it was a great home base in between all the family events. Good location, quiet and comfortable stay, and we tried the host’s recommendations for pho (pho y 1) and malibu grill and bbq next door and loved it. "

"Nice place, central location, good ac, great parking. Dont miss the Westfield Mall sounds crazy but it is very nice day and night and within walking distance."

"Good things: The apartment was great, very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor space was a lovely bonus, we used it regularly. The area is really nice and quiet as well, set back from the road so you don't have any traffic noise. And it's located really close to some great restaurants and nightlife. Most of the communication with the hosts was excellent and timely. Less-good things: the apartment is set in a funny nook between 2 garages, and the instructions for where...
