Sonoma Luxury, Enchanting Sonoma Home, Walkable to the Square, Sleeps 10

Renovated enchanting 1920's 4 bdrm, 1 Studio, 3 bath farmhouse on park like setting with gorgeous redwood trees. Open floor plan - family room/dining area combo w/fireplace - living room with formal dining area. 2 bdrms upstairs (one queen bed in one, two twins in the other that can be pushed together for a queen) plus spacious master-suite (one king size bed) w/ a balcony overlooking backyard, large tub with & stall shower. 1 bdrm downstairs (queen size bed) w/ a full bath. The studio has a day bed. There is a pull out couch and an inflatable mattress available if needed. Lovely yard w/ 2 decks one covered, patio, & front porch. Outdoor living, a spectacular outdoor gas burning fire pit, fountain, commercial grade BBQ and outdoor speakers. TOT 1120N.

To clarify the beds and rooms:
Master-bedroom: 1 King Size Bed
2nd Upstairs Bedroom: 1 Queen Size Bed
3rd Upstairs Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds that can be pushed together for a Queen
Upstairs Studio: a day bed
Downstairs Bedroom: 1 Queen
Downstairs Living Area: a pull-out Queen

There are two inflatable mattresses available if needed. Able to set up in walk-in closets.

Sonoma getaway
The pictures aren’t doing this place justice. It’s absolutely beautiful and the location is prime. Quick drive to the square. Check in and check out was seamless. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautifully Renovated Treasure
We were in Sonoma for a family gathering and happened upon this place. It was a very convenient location and a beautiful house that had been renovated spectacularly. It was outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. Our only regret was that our stay was too short. Thanks!

Horse Team
My daughter, two of her teammates, our families and the coach came over from our barn in Woodside to compete at the Sonoma Horse Park show. We had the perfect time at this wonderful house that was the perfect size and location. Walking distance to great food and only 25 minutes away from the horse park. The house even brought us good luck because my daughter won a championship ribbon. We will definitely be back!!!

Such a perfect family getaway!
We celebrated the 4th of July holiday at this lovely home and couldn’t have been happier. Two families (both with two kids ages 2-4) fit very comfortably and enjoyed many evenings cooking in the beautifully-renovated kitchen and playing in the backyard. There was a heat wave during our stay but the AC just its job perfectly fine. The location was such easy access to the Sonoma square and other nearby activities, like Morton’s Warm Springs and Traintown (recommend both for little ones). The host was very communicative and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean, Comfortable Home in a great Sonoma location
This is a well appointed, spacious home with great amenities and close access to the historic Sonoma square. The kitchen/family room area was open and accommodating for our large family gathering with easy access to the backyard deck. Backyard felt very woodsy including several beautiful redwood trees. Overall this is a wonderful place that we highly recommend

Sonoma house for all
This house was a great place to stay. We had 7 adults in our group and there was plenty of room. Fairy close to Sonoma Plaza but not necessarily walkable. Kitchen was well stocked, among the best ever according to one of us. Shade from Redwoods in back yard kept deck cool during day - and the pictured patio sofa combo was great in the evening.. this was a fine location for touring Sonoma country wineries, redwoods and beaches.

This home and surrounding property is beautiful, clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. The home has everything you could need, including a gorgeous backyard with a variety of seating options and outdoor games. Clem was the perfect host! He was communicative and responsive and made sure we were comfortable for the duration of our stay.

Great house/location for family girls trip!
Perfect house for a group of nine adult women staying in Sonoma for an extended weekend of fun and family get-together. The house had lots of room to spread out, beautiful shaded deck, yard and patio/fire pit. Ample parking and easy access to downtown. Also walked to nearby Reel and Brand Restaurant close by and had a fun-filled night of dinner and dancing. Clem, Erika and their extended team were awesome hosts!

Perfect Sonoma getaway
This location was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. Right in Sonoma in close proximity to great restaurants and bars - and not far for a day trip to Napa. We had plenty of space to hang out, cook, have dinner, and sleep. Plus a friendly and responsive host. The pictures don't do this place justice - great stay!

Fantastic property
Location was perfect for reaching lots of destinations. Kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, and plenty of towels. House is huge and lots of room for both gathering and privacy. Yard is gorgeous. A couple of issues were addressed immediately. Highly recommend this spot.

Great Stay, Great Location
Clem’s place was wonderful! He was very responsive to a question I had about a slightly early check in and was very accommodating. Property was clean and comfortably fit 7 of us. We were an easy 1-1.5 mile walk to Sonoma Square which was a 5 min Uber at times we didn’t want to walk. Location was great for us for the weekend. Would definitely come back!

A bit run down but worked for the weekend
We have stayed at many VRBO properties. I am going to give a very honest review with the pros and cons. Pros - Clem, the owner, was very responsive to any question we had. He even let us check in 2 hours early. - Master bedroom is HUGE with an adjustable King bed. You could fit many blow up beds if you needed - Never ran out of hot water - even with 8 people showering - Each shower had plenty of shampoo/conditioner/soap - plenty of space for a large group - did not feel cramped at all - extra room outside was nice to have - close enough to the house if you needed to use the restroom inside the house - plenty of pots and pans and kitchen items. Cons (we did let Clem know about many of these things and we did tell him he did not have to come fix things during our stay) - unfortunately, it was pretty run down. (walls/carpet etc) - Deck area did NOT have a foosball table like the photos - outdoor fire pit area furniture was moldy and nasty looking. We did not use at all and that was one piece that drew us to this property - Random holes in the walls - Toilet seat falling off - Screen doors are bent and hard to close (they really don't close) - Yard does not look as inviting as the photos. Run down looking, yard lights knocked down and not working. - LARGE cobwebs in the window sills on the main floor - makes you wonder who is really 'cleaning' it as they were large and indepth - 2 trucks (not ours) were parked in the driveway for the entire visit so even though it is a large driveway - there is limited parking in the driveway but there is street parking. Tips - it was chilly when we were there so we had to search for blankets for the daybed room (found them the 'secret' playroom attached - deep into the back of the playroom). Some found in closets as well - We did not see a laundry room (I am sure it was locked). We did not need it NOR did I ask Clem about it but if you think perhaps you would need one - just know to ask about it. - Your check in info will state there is a binder with info on the area and house...there is not one. Clem did let me know there was nothing we needed to do before we left...we did take out garbage. Again, Clem was very responsive and we did enjoy our time together as a family due to the large space in the house. Location - easy to get to with Safeway just a quick drive away for groceries.
