"Nicely set up VRBO that was clean and had lots of towels (which my wife always appreciates). The team quickly responded and fixed a circuit that went out the same day we reported it – very reassuring! When it comes to parking beware of the alternating street parking restrictions on the side of the building near the front door. The signs said enforcement starts at 8am, and indeed I promptly got a ticket at 9:07am...:)"

"We loved our amazing oasis just minutes from town, campus & the lake. Carrie & Scott had everything we could have needed on hand & there was nothing better than returning to the apt to watch the sunset over the marsh from the deck outside our room. Highly recommend this comfortable, cozy & relaxing spot on your next trip to Saratoga Springs!"

When we arrived to the building there was mold all over the door, including the door handle which we obviously had to touch in order to get in. "Had a hard time with 10 digit door lock but property manager helped immediately. Lock was temperamental our whole time there. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were more then fully equipped. Once parked in back had to do a 3 point turn to drive out. There is a nice walking trail at back of yard, lots of birds. Over all I do believe I would stay again."
