"We chose this rental because it was perfect for our two families to share, as close to the park as you can get, and had a pool! Everything inside was very clean and as described. The pool was having a few issues while we were there, but was still clean and useable, which was great because we were there during a severe heat wave. Saw deer, turkey, and a million quail from the front porch, though we never saw that elusive bear."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It’s located on top of a tiny hill with great views all around. Everyone was comfortable whether on the couch or the bedrooms. Owner was more than attentive and checked to make sure we were comfortable and even asked if we needed anything. We would def stay there again."

"The place is set on a horse ranch. There is a little stream that runs on the property. It has a wood hot tub but I didn't find it as inviting in person as it appeared in the photos. The floor plan of the house is great and easily works for 5 people. The little home is decorated nicely. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Location is not too far from restaurants or the Kern River. I would stay here again!"
