"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute two floor unit. Small space downstairs, but very nicely appointed and functional. Upstairs open and airy. The saltwater pool was wonderful and the view from the pool or the back deck was very nice. Cabe was an excellent host and great communicator. We stayed for a 4 day weekend and it was great."

"Two couples spent a long weekend together and had a fantastic time. This house is conveniently located close to downtown and we also enjoy walking around the Linconville neighborhood. You can walk and you can also ride bikes to the state park and beach. The house was the best stocked house we ever rented which was very gracious of the homeowners. In addition, it was extremely clean. This house is definitely recommended. The best food was at the Raintree restaurant. "

"The house has 2 good size bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Washer/Dryer area off the bedroom. Plenty of table seating area in the dining area off the living room and in the large kitchen. The backyard was perfect..lots of shade trees, plenty of outdoor seating. 3 min walk to the beach area..Location is close to everything. Only negative thing I would say is the house needs some plumbing work done. New bathroom sink and tub faucets and toilets. The faucets are older and do not want to work correctly....

"I booked this property to evacuate hurricane Milton. I drove 3 1/2 hours to property and when I got there my code didn’t work. I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! I was furious and couldn’t believe that evolve travel never notified me.
