Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

When we received our welcome email from the property manager we learned that the free parking was only for stays of a week or longer. The parking lot is a 10-minute walk uphill from the flat, costs £11/day. The flat is cute although small, but very quiet with a comfortable bed and well equipped galley kitchen. Parking spot includef, but beware that it is a considerable distance away near the top of a steep hill on Bishop St. Not a problem, just need to allow time for that. Dropping off luggage and picking up again at the end is possible (recommended) by driving directly to the front door. Tight lanes and roads double as pedestrian walkways in the center. "It was a lovely place to stay in, It said decorated for Christmas mas but all they had was a Christmas tree, So glad we brought our own Christmas decorations, The kitchen was superb had everything you could need to cook a great meal and more, Our one issue was there was no TV in the main bedroom, But other than that we were more than happy, The swimming pool was fantastic as well the sauna and steam room, It was extremely relaxing place and a stones throw from St Ives."
