This cozy one bedroom, one bath condo is only 2 blocks from the beach with family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transportation nearby. The place is perfect for solo travelers, couples, & even small families who looking to have a relaxing time. Located right on the intercostal waterway. You can enjoy your coffee on the dock while watching the sunrise. Also, a great spot for seeing dolphins. Shops, food , and entertainment are all located within walking distance. Come have some fun!

Perfect location
The apartment is perfect for couples and small families with little kids. A short walk to a very beautiful clean and quiet beach. Also the deck is fantastic for your breakfast. The locations is definitely a 10. Everything was clean even though the towles were stained which just doesn’t look nice when youare renting. Also the blinds haven’t been fixed so far (read earlier comments). And some of the silverware didn’t look nice (proberly used before and didn’t get cleaned properly). Communication with the host was easy and fast and overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We would come back but our family is growing so we would need more space.

Great location on the water
We took a quick trip with our daughter to the beach and this home was perfect! Had everything we needed to spend a nice day on the beach without having to go buy items at the store. We were able to walk to the beach and just relax.

Short stay
Perfect place for two. Would be pretty small for more. The blinds to the deck need replacing but other than that it was perfect for our stay. The check out was surprising. Nothing for us to do. Just leave. That was great for us.

Great little place!
I loved it but I think I loved the dock the most. Most peaceful place in the world and a short walk to the beach. Lovely condo that was well maintained, great residents in the building, laundry facilities, and so much more. The kitchen was very modern and the whole condo spotless and no bugs! I drew the short straw and got the sleeper sofa. I think it has seen better days but I would still go back! I get the bed next time. My friend said it was most comfortable. I would definitely give 10/10!

Good to be back!
After three stays, It’s feels like Oasis has become our home away from home when we are visiting our daughter in the Clearwater area! It’s always is clean and comfortable, and has everything we need for our stay! Another great visit! The beach and weather were beautiful too!

Cute Cozy Condo in Quiet Location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is small but has a lot of storage for clothes, including dressers and a large closet. The queen bed is very comfortable. I am not sure the sofa bed is large enough for two as we could not figure out how it opened up. That being said, we would definitely stay again! The patio area with dock is so peaceful and the neighborhood is quiet. It is a very short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our time here.

Absolutely perfect
Everything about this property was amazing. Very clean, and well kept. Everything you could need for a stay is furnished! Beautiful deck to enjoy and a short walk to the beach. There are numerous places within walking distance to eat and shop. We liked it so much, that we are trying to book again for next year!!!

Weekend getaway
This was a very nice location if you are looking for a quiet place to go. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Sitting outside on the back deck was BEAUTIFUL! I would stay here again.

Great Repeat Stay!
Returning to Waterfront Oasis was like coming home! All the great amenities were still there and the place was still a beautiful as we remembered. The owners were wonderfully responsive to a maintenance issue that popped up during our stay and corrected the problem quickly and completely. The beach was still incredible despite the impact of the hurricane and it heartening to see all the recovery efforts going on. We can’t wait to book our next repeat stay!

Perfect for our quick beach trip
We stayed only two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The condo was small, but fully stocked with everything we needed. And once we parked the car, we didn’t use it again until our stay ended. Everything is a short walk - the beach, restaurants, and even a grocery store. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Perfect Little Hideaway
This charming little condo was the perfect place to stay for our 3 nights in IRB. It was quiet and comfortable and exactly as pictured. Coffee on the patio with a view of the bay in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening was really nice. This little condo is well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. It's an easy 2 block walk to a direct beach access - very convenient. Makayla is a gracious host and was quick to respond to messages. We highly recommend this little jewel and hope to stay there again sometime.

Nice quiet and cozy location
This was a trip with my adult daughters. Found a clean, quiet, and safe place for us to enjoy time together and easily walk a couple blocks to the beach. We had a small problem with the bathroom sink, but it was taken care of quickly, with good communication. Thanks for providing a comfortable place for us to relax. I would suggest providing a few more cereal (small) spoons and a large plastic bowl to put popcorn in. Loved the pink toaster ;) The ice maker was a great plus.

Perfect getaway place
Was everything advertised and more. Perfect getaway place for a couple. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Walking distance to many of them. Even has a closet with beach mats, chairs, towels. Super clean! Five Stars and more!!
