"Very Scottish decor’ for some reason.
Staff were over worked and doing multiple jobs as best as they could and as quickly as they good. Tending bar, taking orders, waiting on tables - just one person! They really struggled at breakfast with a coach party all coming down to eat at the same time and only two waitresses and one chef to handle everything. I could see how frustrated the staff and the customers were getting with the whole situation. The room was clean and tidy with good tea and...

The management & staff were all very approachable and welcoming.
Great fresh food of an evening and breakfast offering good too.
All you need in the room BUT Pillows may need attention, (that’s not a negative just preference)

"La relació qualitat preu no es correspon a un hotel de 4 estrelles. L’habitació era petita i les finestres donaven a les instal·lacions tècniques de l’hotel, en canvi el preu corresponia a una suite. Necessites un vehicle per arribar a l’hotel. Els serveis de personal i especialment la cuina son excelents. "
"The hotel is stunning and the grounds around it are incrdible. The promenade walk was out of this world. Very friendly staff and helpful. The pool is very clean.
We had our cuckapoo with us and they were very loving towards him. Dogs are not allowed in the dinning room which wasnt an issue at all as we were allowed to stay on the bar side/dinning room. "Spacious, comfortable room situated close to an event we were attending (5-10 minute drive). Room well equipped - brewing facilities are always a big bonus!
Breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a good choice of items - some more visible guidance near the toaster would be helpful for those unfamiliar with the make and how it works.
The only stressful aspect of the stay was lack of parking space letter on the Saturday evening - unsure where we were allowed to 'overflow' to.

"Extremely friendly staff, who were helpful throughout the stay, very clean rooms and all efforts made to make up for the lack of a kitchen with continental breakfast provided in the room. Quiet, and well organised, excellent value. "

The room was spacious and comfortable with a shower and bath.It was very quiet.Breakfast in the morning was great and heather made us feel so at home.
